La Mirage Unit 235- 3- Bedroom - Preferred Gulf View
Located in beautiful Port Aransas along the Texas Gulf Coast.

La Mirage Condominiums Condo 235 is a three-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental overlooking the beachfront!
"Beautiful view; Beautiful condo. This “standout condo” features a cobblestone tile entryway and kitchen. The kitchen has all new cabinets, quartz countertops, glass tile backsplash, and can lighting. Appliances are all stainless steel with built-in microwave and trash compactor in addition to a range with oven and a dishwasher. French-door refrigerator is complete with ice maker.

Living room furniture includes a large sectional sofa with a matching hassock and a hide-a-bed. Also a 60” TV.

Dining room has a table with 8 chairs plus a breakfast bar with four stools.

Primary bedroom features a king-sized bed. Attached fully remodeled bathroom includes a new walk-in shower as well as a new vanity.

Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom contains two twin-sized beds. All bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fan/light fixture combinations.

Guest bathroom features a marble tile accent wall behind a burlwood vanity and stone wash basin.

Laundry room contains new washer and dryer on raised platform for comfortable use.

Large balcony features a bar height table and four chairs, two arm chairs, two chaise lounge chairs, and two rocking chairs with a small table. Chest on balcony is filled with various games, beach chairs, beach toys, kites, and boogie boards.

Go to sleep to the sound of the waves, and wake up to a gorgeous view of the sun rising over the Gulf before even getting out of bed.

The complex has two swimming pools -- one heated in the winter — a splash pad, two hot tubs, a sports court, a recreation room, and a boardwalk leading directly to the beach.”

Beautiful view

This is a good place for a family on a budget that wants an ocean view. This is an older community with some issues such as elevators being out but the pool is nice and office staff and maintenance very friendly and attentive. The actual unit could use some simple updates like new coffee pot and toaster. It’s time to replace your pots and pans and utensils also. The outlet in the master bath is not working and it could use a deep clean. I would replace the glass top coffee table with something less hazardous and remove your giant dining table for better flow. Also some blankets would be appreciated. This is a comfortable unit for 2 families with kids and the pool and easy access to beach are great. In all it was a good weekend getaway.

Very clean and updated condo. Being betwee access points made the beach less congested than other parts of the beach. Nice pools, short boardwalk to beach but there are stairs to navigate if pulling a wagon. Great ocean views from this room with private balcony. Towels were plentiful - comfortable beds, and AC worked great. Bring all of your own condiments...
