Welcome to our “Kiwi Coastal Retreat” at Port Aransas.
Originally from New Zealand, we are all about the beach. Sun, surf & fun!
Our unit is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental with a large 38' balcony where you can enjoy the view of the beach and glorious sunsets over the bay. Enjoying morning coffee & cocktails at sunset.
Our unit is one of the closest to the beach, elevator, pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills.
Our fully equipped kitchen has been completely renovated with granite countertops, new cabinetry, all new appliances.
There is a spacious living room and dining room providing seating for 6 together with 4 bar stools.
Smart TVs in every room.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a private ensuite bathroom which has been completely renovated. Large walk-in shower, heated towel rack, granite countertops.
Second bathroom has also been renovated. Bedroom 2 has a queen -size bed and bedroom 3 has a king size bed. The unit also has a queen -size sofa sleeper.
Pak & play and highchair available if needed. Also available are games & a small library.
The condo has the potential to sleep 8 and includes a washer/dryer available for guest use.
Come and enjoy this gem that provides the comforts of home together with everything that Port Aransas has to offer.

Nice for Short Stays

It was a really cute place. The only down fall it had was the bathroom in the main hallway. The view was decent an it was very quiet! It was at the furthest part of the beach so if you are looking dor beach entertainment I not recommend this area! Overall the trip was wonderful and the unit was comfortable for a short stay!

Condo 130

The condo itself was clean and well stocked x. The A/C went out during our stay so we had one long hot night but it was fixed the next day. The property overall needed attention as the pool was dirty but useable. Never saw anyone clean it. Mostly it was just blown in trash and leaves but still could have used some attention. Loved the condo and it was roomy enough for our family/friends. Thank you

Nice condo with easy beach access.

The condo was nice and clean upon arrival. There was plenty of room for family. The property manager was quick to fix an issue with the AC unit - the vent was leaking everywhere in the master closet. She promptly notified maintenance and it was fixed quickly. She was also very prompt in responding to my messages. My one and only complaint is that there were several outlets throughout the condo that did not work. It wasn’t a big deal though. Overall, super nice condo and Judi was swift to respond to my messages. We would stay here again!
