Great little house!

This place was so amazing! Just right for our party of 4 to relax and enjoy our stay. Loved the screened in porch. House was exceptionally clean and had many of the amenities that we needed. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Great place

This was a very comfortable and clean place. Good location and I loved the facilities. The house was very equipped with supplies. The location was good but I wish there were a more places to fish in walking distance. The beds were very comfy and soft. We really enjoyed our stay! I would definitely stay here again.

Rockport fishing get away

The house is spotless clean. Great location, comfy beds. Washer dryer are a big plus. If you are planning on entertaining for dinner the kitchen is awesome but the dinning area is a little small

Everything was as stated. Only complaint was I believe the water heater is the size of a cup. Couldn’t give our son a bath without the hot water running out super fast. Other than that the trip was great.

Nice but…

It was nice, but a couple of weird things are the dinning room table makes it hard to open the fridge. The dryer tells you to use the washer a certain way, but that way has tons of spills and a broken lid. Some dishes were put away but dirty. However, they supplied soap shampoo conditioner towels cooking utensils dishwashing detergents detergent for the washing machine. All were appreciated. Just weird to book through Vrbo and communicate through Vacasa

Great Getaway Spot!

We had an awesome stay! The house was exactly as advertised nice, charming, and very comfortable. The only issues we ran into were with the pullout couch, which would sometimes get stuck, and the porch door that locks from the outside. We actually got locked out and had to wait for a neighbor to unlatch it. But aside from those minor inconveniences, everything else was amazing and we had a great time! We would definitely be back!

Great Experience!!

We got there late in the evening on check in day. We were tried, so went straight to bed. The next day we had baseball tournaments. When we got back to the house it was HOT!!! The A/C was not working. I called the number they had someone out there within a couple hours. The A/C guy had the thing going within a few minutes. The time we stayed was AWESOME!!!

Memorable spring break trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience. This was our first time to rockport. Home was perfect and everything is centrally located. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with small kids. We will definitely be back.
