  • Newly updated this completely furnished downstairs studio condominium is the perfect little beach get away or ' home away from home'. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach and Packery Chanel. Fish from the pier in the eighteen unit condominium canal, swim in the pool, walk over to the BoatHouse for a Sunday Brunch or relax on the patio. So many ways to enjoy this little vacation paradise. Lease by the night (two night minimum), by the week or by the month (no hotel taxes will be charged for a monthly rental, price will be adjusted upon booking). All you have to bring is your swimsuit!
