Welcome to Sea Gull Unit 1007, a stunning 10th floor oceanfront condo located between downtown Port Aransas, Texas and Mustang Beach State Park. This beautifully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat offers breathtaking ocean views and a serene ambiance, perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. With a capacity to accommodate up to six guests, Sea Gull Unit 1007 features two luxurious king bedrooms, each with a 43-inch Roku TV and a ceiling fan. The primary bedroom has a large sitting area, great for relaxing when you want a bit of privacy, with two upholstered chairs and a private bathroom and a walk-in shower. French doors in the hallway lead to the second bedroom suite with separate doors to the bedroom and the bathroom, making it possible to have a private bathroom and bedroom. Alternatively, the second bathroom, which has a tub and shower, can remain accessible to other guests by leaving open the hallway double doors. Both bedrooms have plantation shutters allowing privacy while still affording an expansive view of Corpus Christi Bay with its spectacular sunsets.
The spacious living area is designed for comfort, complete with a cozy seating arrangement, a ceiling fan, and a 50-inch Roku TV and DVD player for your entertainment needs. The couch opens into a comfortable queen size bed thanks to the 11-inch plush air mattress inflatable with an electric pump.

Step out onto the private balcony to relax in the four bar-height chairs to watch the sunrise or moonrise over the Gulf or to soak in the sun and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves.
The fully equipped kitchen boasts typical modern appliances, including a refrigerator with internal automatic ice maker and water dispenser, sink with a purified drinking water faucet, and whisper quiet dishwasher, making meal preparation and cleanup a breeze. Small electrical appliances include a Cuisinart 2-in-1 coffee maker for pods or ground coffee, coffee grinder, crock pot, panini maker, griddle, blender, and more. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, which can seat eight, or take them outside to the patio for an al fresco dining experience. Guests staying for a month or longer will have access to the large, stacked washer and dryer inside the unit. Free Wi-Fi in the unit is password protected. I can definitely see why this got 10/10 on each review!! First the location and proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The condo is so clean, well decorated, and the view is stunning!! The host was super quick at responding and gave great local recommendations. The temperature controlled pool and hot tub are nice bonus. Will definitely stay here over and over again!!!

Great Beach Spot in Port A

This is our 3rd time staying at the property- we love it! Location is incredibly convenient – just a short drive into the main area of Port an and we love being directly on the beach. The communication with Kelly and Lisa is always easy and the amenities in the condo are lovely.

Totally enjoyed our two-night stay at this 2 BR condo. Quite comfortable and relaxing with everything we needed. Exactly as described and pictured. Beach and weather were both beautiful. The view from the balcony was fantastic. It would have been nice to spend more time there. Dining at Trout St Bar and Grill in town was also excellent. Likely to visit again.

Breathtaking Views... Fabulous Accommodations

We absolutely LOVED this condo. Not only were the views absolutely incredible (sunrise from the balcony, sunset from the bedrooms!), but the condo was beautiful; the staff were awesome; the hosts were fantastic; and the location was perfect. It is away from the main downtown area which can be a little chaotic but just a short drive. We would absolutely recommend this VRBO. We promise you won't want to leave!

We stayed at a quiet time of year and had the beach and amenities almost all to ourselves! The condo is exactly as pictured on the website - beautifully appointed with spectacular views! Coffee on the balcony watching the sun come up and wine in the evenings enjoying the sound of the surf were the highlights of our trip!

Enjoyed our short Stay in this exceptional unit.

The unit was well set up, and beautifully furnished. The view was lovely, despite the cloudy and cool weather of February. The balcony is blocked from the tradewinds, so it is pleasant and enjoyable even when quite windy. we would definitely rent here again.

Just one complaint

I only wish that I could have stayed longer at this lovely well-kept property. The Owners are wonderful, great Communicators, and care very much about their guests total satisfaction. There is no detail overlooked at this property, the Kitchen is very well-equipped with beachy furnishings throughout. The views are amazing and early morning sunrise pics are stunning. Your only complaint is that you can't stay longer.

Our plans to stay with family in Corpus changes at the last minute and we booked this . The condo was super clean and very comfortable. The hosts were very helpful especially making sure we got our covered spot on the beach rented. It was super relaxing and we will definitely stay again!

We've stayed at this location twice now, different units, but same building and both times have been outstanding! Great location, fabulous view, and the grounds are fantastic. We love the pool and hot tub for nights after enjoying the beach. Can't wait to stay again.
