Nicely furnished, fully equipped vacation home, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with washer and dryer.
The fully equipped kitchen has all appliances with abundant space to eat with family or friends. All dishes, silverware, pots, pans and utensils included.
The living room has a comfortable sectional couch with a wall mounted TV with streaming services after a fun filled day at the beach or fishing, great for relaxing.
All bedrooms have TVs with Netflix and Hulu
The home is in a great community that is golf cart friendly with a beautiful community pool and boat wash. Plenty of space to park your boat under the house.
Located just minutes away from some good local restaurants and just 10 minutes away from the Rockport Beach. Boat launch is 2 miles away.
