Clean and Beautiful Vacation House

This house was beautiful, clean, and looked recently renovated. My family and I had a great time staying there and are likely to book again. The beach is only 2 blocks away, and the rental has a hose out front to wash off. If I could recommend anything, it would be to have a broom to clean up and something in the closets to put clothes in.

All around good

We loved the property and amenities and how close it was to the beach, also we rented a golf cart with it and when there was an issue with ours a replacement was delivered very quickly. Overall very satisfied. The only thing I wished for the whole trip was that we had access to at least a broom and dust pan. The kids tracked in some sand from the beach the first day and we had no way to clean it up so we had to walk on it inside for the rest of the time we were there making us wear shoes in the house, which just brought in more sand.

Another fabulous family vacation in Port Aransas.

The location was great ,,the pool was fantastic the kids loved it .. plenty of room for 6 of us .. could easily be okay for 8 which was the max total it will allow .. everything well stocked .. the cleanliness was a 💯!!!

We went at the very end of the summer and Port Aransas was very busy it was nice to be able to cook at the condo and relax. Once the 3 year old was ready to head to bed the teenager was able to head to the pool and swim. The kitchen has every appliance and

Sort of a blah condo. There were no books or games that we are used to having available in other houses and condos we have stayed. No instructions for the TVs. No closet to hang up my clothes. No bathtub to soak in. It was just ok.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the moment we booked our trip to the moment we left, there isn't a complaint we have about anything. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and helpful. We decided to stay an extra day and the process for doing so was simple and easy. The property itself was clean and everything worked as it was supposed to. If I had to pick something to complain about, I would say I wish the top deadbolt on the front door was easier to lock/unlock, but that's really the only thing that comes to mind. The air conditioning was cold and worked without an issue, the beds were comfortable, the showers were great, and the location is superb. This property is located pretty much as central as you can be in Port Aransas. There's almost nowhere you can't be in within a 5-7 minute golf cart ride. The easy convenience of getting anywhere within minutes was highly appreciated.Also, the pool for this property was amazing. The temperature was excellent for our April trip, warm but not too warm. The slide provided endless entertainment and the pool area was clean and nothing was falling apart.All in all, there is nothing we disliked about the entire experience and look forward to coming back again.
