The host was excellent and very accommodating. The property backs onto a defunct golf course which makes an excellent walking area and is very quiet at night. The large capacity LG washer and dryer in the apartment was very nice and the linens and towels were of high quality. The heat pump and dehumidifier worked well and kept the apartment cool and comfy.

I came to Corpus Christi for a getaway for me and my 4 kids to enjoy summer away from home. This little condo made us feel just that.. like we were at home. There’s a pool near by, a walking trail literally outside our front door, a huge picture window to see early morning lightening. I highly recommend staying here and our host was so nice, responsive to any questions I had and made our stay seemless. STAY here you won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay! Communication was excellent from start to finish, making everything easy and stress-free. The location was sweet, peaceful, and exactly what we were looking for. The home was comfortable, easy to navigate, and had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

Our stay was wonderful. It’s in a great area overall. The host was very communicative and helpful, answering our questions when needed. The two bedrooms were pretty big rooms. Will recommend bringing some kitchen used items like Oils, butters, into the cook. Has a Keurig, which is a success. The area has a pool. Took my nephew out there, and he enjoyed it, small pool after all. This condominium does have a washer/dryer, which is very needed. The host was very nice and friendly. The location is great. We enjoyed our stay.

Tatum was a super nice host with great communication! The condo was nice and perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and we didn't have any issues. I wasn't over fond of the height of the toilet upstairs which is an odd thing to stay but it was the tallest toilet I've ever sat on and I felt oddly gargoyle'ish. LOL! Is it a reason I wouldn't go back, heck no! Just a small oddity we found kind of funny.
