"Czech by the Bay" is a brand-new 2bed/2bath house located in South Rockport, walking distance to Aransas Bay! Features a screened-in front porch with outdoor furniture perfect for enjoying the wonderful bay life. Plenty of parking suitable for 4 full size vehicles and covered parking large enough to fit your bay boat. Property also includes a fully enclosed backyard.

Minutes from downtown Rockport where you can explore the local shops, Rockport beach, festival area, and plenty of places to cast a line in the water.

This home has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed. In addition, the living room sofa has a pull out queen memory foam mattress for additional sleeping space. House sleeps a total of 6 guests.

Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, smart TVs in every room, washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, etc. There is also a dining table that can seat up to 6 people and a dinette table that can seat 4 people.

This home is exactly what we were hoping it might be and so much more. Both rooms have supremely comfortable beds. Both beds have outrageous pillows, cotton sheets and really lovely comforters. There were plenty thick bath towels anvailable and both bathrooms were well stocked and felt big and private. This beachouse has beautiful wood floors throughout. The vibe is a light, airy minimalist aesthetic with white and shades of blue and an emphasis on comfort and calm. The deep screened in porch did not disappoint. It was a magical spot to drink coffee and watch the fog dissipate in the morning. The bay is less than two blocks away- and there is a lovely paved walkway along the bay. Folks were walking, biking, birding, fishing or simply watching the water and boats. The rental accommodates dogs and has a fenced in yard. It is hands-down our new favorite spot to rent along the Gulf. The space is chill, well-appointed and well thought out. We loved the town and we really loved our rental. Big thanks and props to the host.

Great Family Vacation

Nice sized house for a small family. Great location to beach, fishing and amenities. Great communication with Keaton and house had everything we needed for cooking and everything. Would stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

Took a quick weekend trip to explore Rockport. We had a lovely time. The house was great. Very clean, spacious, close to the town square and Rockport Beach Park. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Weekend in Rockport

We came for a quick last minute trip to visit my parents and the house was perfect for my husband and I. The back yard was perfect for our dog and the king bed was really comfy plus it was a bonus to have a Keurig in the kitchen. We all really enjoyed our stay!

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely and immaculate house. It was very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We had a dog with us and appreciated the fenced backyard, and we loved the screen porch!

This cottage was in the top 3 favorites of the dozens of VRBO rentals I have stayed in over the years. It was a great size for 2 people, although it could accommodate more; kitchen was well-equipped; the place was spotless; excellent value. I will definitely go back.

Clean and Well-Equipped Getaway

Perfectly situated near all Rockport has to offer and convenient to Port A / Corpus. Quiet neighborhood. Property is nicely appointed and has all the kitchenware, laundry / bath facilities, and furniture our family needed for a comfortable stay. The screened in front porch was fantastic for enjoying the breeze without the mosquitos. Would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Rockport.

Our Favorite Short Term Rental in Rockport

We try to stay here when it’s available. It’s always clean and well appointed. Has everything we need, great location and very accommodating for us and our two dogs. The screened-in porch is a great spot for morning coffee. Nice, quiet neighborhood. Keaton is great with communication. Once again, we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful weekend stay!

This place was clean and well-appointed. Just two blocks from the walking path and shoreline where we enjoyed walking our two pups every day. We also really enjoyed the private backyard, which not many rentals have in Rockport. Just know there’s no access to the yard from inside the house, so you’ll have to leash up any Houdini dogs to take them out. :) Also loved the welcome snack basket! Overall great stay - wished we could have been there longer!

Great location.

My spouse and I stayed. It’s really close to everything. Good location to also jump in the ferry not too far to go to Port Aransas. The kitchen is stocked and with pods for coffee too. We wanted someplace low key and be able to walk our dogs. Lots if neighbors walking their dogs. You can walk a couple of blocks to the bay to see the sunrise. We really only had one problem of which I talked to the host about. Everything else was fine.

Nicely furnished with all the comforts of home. The screened in porch at the front of the house was definitely a plus, in addition to the fenced backyard for our dog. Great neighborhood for walks and only a short walk to the bay. The location was perfect...very convenient to everything.
