Super easy beach access

This property is so close to the beach. Easy to walk to and from the condo/beach throughout the day. The pool is heated and a good size. Great trip!

Perfect beach spot!

Perfect location, walking distance to the beach. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, online check in/ check out process was so easy! Will definitely be staying here again!

Condo was nice and cozy, clean and had everything necessary for our trip the ac units for multiple condos is right outside the window of the bedroom and some of them are kind of loud it didnt bother us as we like to sleep with the tv on overall good experience for a smaller family

The condo was very clean and has the basic cooking items needed to prepare meals. We especially liked that the unit was dog friendly.My only suggestion is that the unit needs a new mattress. This is our second time to stay in an El Constante condo and we would recommend it to others looking for a beach get away.

The 4pm check in time and then lack of responses about checking in early left us wondering and waiting around. We almost thought the place was a scam and we wouldn't have a place to stay. The water heater doesn't keep warm for very long. We had to alternate shower times. There were not any beach towels and basic amenities like shampoo. I assumed it would have had them, but not the end of the world. The location was nice and the beach was a lot of fun.

Quaint room walking distance to beach

Reviewer Comments: Room had a smell to it, pull out couch should be replaced as it’s broken and on its last leg, pots aren’t safe for use as they all have scratches and plastic cooking tools with melting edges. Shower was dirty with no extra TP, only one extra towel for four guests and wasn’t aware until the last day that there are pool/beach towels for use as property guest. Library was cute and nice bonus. Loved the heated pool and jacuzzi. Quick walk to beach with shower to clean off. Parking was safe and good. Loved the easy check in and check out process. Fan in living was broken and only on lowest setting, wish we could’ve turned it higher. We paid for location and convenience, which is what we got. The room could just use some upgrades. Would recommend property again. Be aware there must be stairs right above this room because it was constant walking and stomping. Not much property owner can do but it was keeping us up at night.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The location was great for our activities and the areas we visited. It was a nice easy walk to the beach. The parking was nice as we parked right in front of our door. Although a few people around us took up two parking places but it really didn’t affect us. The unit we stayed in was clean and well maintained. Although the fold out couch was a little uncomfortable. The bed was nice and on the firm side but it worked great especially since we both like a firmer mattress. I had the pleasure of saying hello to the neighbors. Even though the ones that were staying on the second floor directly above us did not look like dancers, it did sound like they were having a dance contest or some other shindig. They did thankfully quite down though late in the evening. Property management did let us know and kept us up to date with a hot tub issue they were having, so kudos to them for good communication. Over all the stay was great and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. We didn’t use the pool or the hot tub, or any other services there so I’m unable to give feedback on them.
