Charming beach cottage in Rockport - Bobby's Landing

A peaceful and relaxing stay is waiting for you at Bobby's Landing. Comfy furniture. Comfy beds. Beautiful & creative beach décor will transport you to a stress-free getaway. A record player and a variety of classic LPs can be found in the living room to enjoy an evening with good music. Smart TV with cable and lots of videos, as well as Internet are provided. A collection of games and books can be found in the front bedroom closet. The dining room has a coffee bar stocked with a variety of coffees and teas. Fully stocked kitchen equipment.
Fishing dock is just a few steps from the back porch. A charcoal barbeque pit and chimenea are in the backyard. Sit on the dock with a cold drink to enjoy a relaxing day of fishing. The Rockport beach is only a 5-mile drive. Area restaurant menus and activity brochures are available.
Bring your telescope or binoculars~ Birders delight in the variety of birds in the area. The night sky is so dark, making the stars appear extremely close and brilliant. Great opportunity to teach your kids the constellations!
Sleeps 4 comfortably but 6 can be accommodated upon request.

Peaceful quiet getaway

Our getaway was amazing and the host made sure to make it a memorable one. We enjoyed our stay and was taken back with all the amenities and supplies available for use. The house was perfect for our small family getway. We plan to be back if available on our next trip down.

Nice little getaway

Property was clean and had amenities from cooking to fishing tackle. The neighborhood was also quiet that it is located in, and the property was 10 minutes from the beach and good restaurants.

AMAZING GET AWAY!!

This cottage home is AMAZING. The host is incredible, responsive and took care of our every need. The home is quaint, peaceful and perfect for a restful respite. Dock to fish on and great porch sitting and entertaining. We highly recommend this get away.

Family trip to the surrounding beaches

Made ourselves at home. Everything I needed in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry. It was all labeled nicely. The shower keeps hot water forever and has good water pressure (for 6 people using it back to back.) Plenty of room to not feel crowded. Beds are very comfy as well. Any and all concerns we had I communicated to Estella and she was very quick with her responses and helpful. There were things she had stocked in the bathroom that I didn't expect. Her location is nice and quiet away from all the noise which I like for getting sleep. Driveway lights up blue at night which is a helpful surprise.

Perfect weekend getaway!

The house is so cute and so functional. So many extras that were left for us! Snacks, wine, chocolate was so nice. We came to the house before going shopping an only needed our food - the house is so well stocked, you won't run out of anything! The house is right on the canal - it was windy so we didn't fish but loved sitting outside under the porch was so relaxing. Thank you - we will be back!

Overall the house was very nice. The owners did a wonderful job updating it and making it feel welcoming. The owner responded to communications promptly. There were welcome snacks and a bottle of wine, this a very nice surprise. The water and deck are just a few short steps from the house.

Wonderful place to stay

First I want to say that the pictures online don’t do this cute house any justice! It is spacious and did I say cute and very welcoming. The house is set up so thoughtfully, has all the instruction in the book, labels, and has pretty much everything you need for a fun relaxing weekend! Estella was always quick to answer my messages, she was kind, and just as welcoming as the house! Our whole family loved the house so much they want to visit again, they also loved the snack set up! Thank you Estella!
