“Casa Nemo” is your new Coastal Getaway rather it’s a family trip or a group of friends getting together. “Casa Nemo” is a 6 bedroom, 4 bath home located in Spencer’s Landing in Port Aransas off of 11th St. There is a community pool that also offers overflow parking.
Upstairs you walk into a large open spacious area which includes a fully stocked kitchen with island seating for 6, dining table setting for 8, and seating for 3 at the sofa table. There are boardgames in the closet for family entertainment. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper. A master king bedroom and walk-in shower are down the hall off the living room area with the washer and dryer in the hall closet. In the hall off the kitchen, you have a guest walk-in shower and also a bathroom with a shower/tub. There is a queen bedroom and Nemo themed Bunky room with 2 bunkbeds (4 twin beds total). There is also another king bedroom. All rooms have large flatscreen smart TVs with Internet and fans. Every morning wake up to the sunrise sitting on the upper deck and one of the four rocking chairs or four stools also look to the left to the ship channel to see ships traveling through the channel.
The downstairs a separate entrance from the upstairs. Downstairs has two bedrooms. A king bedroom and a bunk room with a twin over a full bed. The living area has a loveseat with a queen sofa sleeper. There’s a bathroom with a shower/tub. All rooms have large flatscreen smart TVs with the Internet and fans the kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, mini oven with a stove top, and a Frigidaire microwave oven combo with a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the game room in the garage which has a ping-pong table, cornhole and in the common area there are two picnic tables several chairs and flatscreen smart TV with a large grill/smoker combo. Casa Nemo 🐟
The house was very spacious and had everything we needed. It worked out great for our group of 14. Pool is very close to the house which was convenient. There were some items that were broken when we arrived but the property manager responded quickly and got someone out the next day to fix them. Only negatives about the house is the streaming/internet on the downstairs is terrible and the downstairs microwave didn’t work. Overall, we would recommend the house and would definitely stay there again.

Great house near the beach
The house was well appointed, we were able to cook for a large group. The beds were comfortable, and the two levels allowed for two families to have some privacy. The house is also very close to the beach and downtown Port A. We highly recommend it!

The actually condition of this house is more "worn in" than pics. The kitchen has old, unsafe Teflon pots and pans, the coffee maker did not work (basic item). The ping pong table was advertised, but unusable.
