This pool side studio has a private balcony overlooking the tropically landscaped pool area where you can sit and watch a beautiful sunset and the Corpus Christi lights come to life at night. With 550 square feet this studio has a queen size bed and will accommodate up to 2 people. With a fully equipped kitchen and full bath you should have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. With the beach just steps away from the front door, you truly get the best of both worlds.

Amenities Include: Cable TV, Free Wireless Internet, BBQ pits in the pools area, laundry facilities, closest boardwalk to the beach, Heated pool (Nov. - Feb.), Texas-size hot tub, small meeting/conference room, and complimentary coffee on the first floor.

**This Condominium Unit is part of CASA on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is professionally managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates for this property are set by the Co-Owner's Association and are not negotiable. You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation and check-in. All parties must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent.**

A 3 night minimum stay is required for holidays during the summer including Memorial Day weekend, Labor Day, and July 4th.

Nice place

Casa Condos are a nice place to stay. The bed was rather firm but the room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen could use a cutting board and larger coffee cups. Also make sure to bring a brick for your phones to charge as there are no USB ports to charge your phones. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again. Great access to the beach and great pool area.

Great property! Short walk to the beach and a nice pool setting. The only thing is you’re about 5 miles from the bar & restaurant scene in Port A if that’s important to you.

Comfortable condo

Condo # 509 is a one room all inclusive suite. Everything thing is accessible; kitchen, living area, bed and bath and not compartmentalized. Great for a couples weekend getaway.

Good property, direct beach access, unit was clean, and about what I expected for the money spent. The only thing that lost a star was the bed. It was rather motel 6 like. Basic matress without a pillowtop and partner and I felt each others every move.
