The stay was good and the place was clean but the beach chairs and umbrellas were old and the umbrella was broken so we didnt get to use it. There was also no extra blankets and the couch pullout had no blanket either so we weren't able to use as well. Nice quite location a little drive from all the restaurants and store though.

Casa Condominiums is located right next door to Cinnamon Shore North. It’s a great location to enjoy all the amenities at Cinnamon Shore at a reasonable cost. Great location on Mustang Island!

My husband and I “stumbled “ onto this property on VRBO and we absolutely loved it! The room was bright and clean, very comfortable, and checked off all our boxes. We love a spot with a great outdoor space with pool thats also close to the beach, and this was everything! We automatically rebooked for multiple trips throughout the summer.

Cozy Remodeled Studio on The Beach

This property is a hidden gem tucked behind other condos and adjacent to Cinnamon Shores. We enjoyed the fact that it is a bit further down the beach and away from the heavy traffic/crowds, yet a quick golf cart or car ride to everywhere you want to be in Port A. The front desk staff was friendly and offered helpful suggestions. We stayed during SandFest and it was still a peaceful location to be even with those crowds. We would not hesitate to book here again.

Property was exactly as described on the listing. Very clean and in a great location. Our trip was scheduled during hurricane season and there was an active storm in the gulf. I contacted the property manager and they responded quickly to my question and concerns. Very impressed.

Great spot, but a work in progress

Location is right in the middle of the island so either direction is only about 15 minutes away. Beach out front had tons of shells and nice sand. Quiet area. Friendly staff. Very secure, need key card access to get anywhere. Pool was not heated for us but hot tub is huge. Front door had an issue.

It was okay, but I’m very picky. Location was good, but the bathroom was a hard no. It was very small and the shower had stains. The bed was not comfortable at all. It was clean but there were an abundance of fruit flies in the room.

Exceeded Expectations

The property has been recently renovated, with some areas still undergoing maintenance. I was VERY concerned when I received an email stating it was in a "Soft Opening" phase. This was not the case. The property is up and running and is very, very tidy and enjoyable. Direct beach access, very clean rooms (Unit 119) and great value for the money. I will absolutely be renting from this unit again.

Everything was fine. Lots of nice people. I really appreciated the first floor room with access to the pool and parking lot. It really helps as I am handicapped. The hot tub is AMAZING! met so many people from all over the country. I love me some Port A. Only live about an hour away, but it is the best beach town EVER.
