Also has 4 extra nice queen self inflatable air mattress for overflow. Enjoy the pool with heat option while entertaining in the pool room or play corn hole and sit out pool side on the patio furniture at sunset. Do some grilling and chillin with the massive fire pit. Store your boat in the oversize garage or park your RV with 50 amp hookup if needed. Enjoy a short walk to the beach and down to the pier or jetties for fishing or surfing. This is a great property to stay at for large families or large groups. Everything was as advertised! Plenty of common area room & plenty of rooms with comfortable bedding. WOW, just WOW! The host did an amazing job with quick responses and great communication. You can tell he truly cares about his guests having an incredible experience, and it truly shows!The house was fully stocked with amenities, toiletries, and snacks. The space was incredibly open and comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach! I was able to walk there multiple times throughout my stay, and my puppy loved every second of it.My guests had such a great time, and we’ll be raving about this stay for a long time. Phenomenal Spot for Wedding

Perry is fantastic - the best Vrbo owner I have interacted with us. When we were looking for intimate locations to host our wedding, he went out of his way to give us a tour and worked with us while planning for our day! The property is so nice and very clean - the rooms are cozy and welcoming! The pool and backyard spaces are perfect for weddings or family vacations and we will be back soon!

Great for Big Groups!

This house is perfect for a multi family or large group vacation. They have everything…dishes, spices, pool toys, fire pit, 3 refrigerators, TV’s everywhere, the list goes on! The owner is very responsive to questions and handled the one issue we had right away. I would highly recommend this place. We will definitely be renting this one again for future trips!

Our large family of 17 stayed for a week in this beautiful home. There were 8 adults and 9 kids — ranging from 4 - 17. Plenty of space for everyone. Everything was supplied. Lots of bath towels and pool towels. Enjoyed our lovely vacation in Port A.

PERFECT house for large gathering

I celebrated my 30th birthday with all of my family & had a fun family reunion! Communication leading up to our stay was fabulous, my expectations were exceeded when we got there! I had brought some pool floats and wanted to bring corn hole - but they’re available in the garage!!! The kitchen was well equipped and everyone had the best time. Just wear shoes on the deck, a couple of splinters were dug out of little feet. It was a FABULOUS stay and I’d stay here again with another large group!!!

We had a great time. The house was great with lots of space for our 3 families. The kitchen was stocked with pans and dishes which we used and appreciated. There were plenty of towels both for the pool and bathing. We loved the blankets we could throw over ourselves when watching TV. I personally appreciated the hangars :) We all appreciated the laundry soap and hair products and soap in the showers. The pool was awesome and we spent a lot of time there. The owner has gone out of his way to provide extras that made our stay fun and easy. The owner was also easy to communicate with and helped us when we needed anything. We all agreed that any future trip to Port Aransas will be spent in this house.

The Gold Standard of Port A!!!

Everything from booking, check-in, the home, the amenities, location, check-out, and the owner…. set the standard of how a vacation rental should operate. House was stunning and had tons of parking. Beautiful interior and no expense was spared on furnishings, linens, backyard pool/amenities, Great layout especially with multi-family renters. Entire mother-in-law suite on lower level with kitchen and several bedrooms would give 2 families their own privacy when needed. Place is huge! Perry was the king of hosts’ ensuring everything was to standard and even went out of his way to recommend local restaurants and bars. Beyond accommodating to make sure our stay was memorable (the good kind). There is not one negative thing to mention or recommend. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us and we will certainly be booking here for years to come!
