Nice quiet stay

The home was nice and clean. It was very comfortable for the 2 weeks we stayed. We enjoyed the amenities throughly. Everything was provided with it that we would need being away from home.

Perfect family Christmas get together

Overall the house was very clean and contacting Mike was a breeze he would always answer any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again. PS the Master Bedroom is absolutely beautiful.

Nice house

Great place. We enjoyed time. Pool and hot tub seam to leak over edges and lose water. We had some small issues with the heat and fullness of pool. Host was very responsive. Pool was fixed fast. Lots of room beaches not to far away. 4.9 stars

Very spacious home

To start this is not the home we ended up staying. Mike called me the day before and explained there were some maintenance issues with this home and offered another home instead. The home we stayed in was wonderful and comparable if not bigger and nicer than the home we originally booked. Mike was easy to get of hold of. Fortunately we rented with someone with alot of houses, otherwise it might not of turned out so seamlessly. Would definitely stay in another one of Mike's homes.

Quick Trip

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with all the essentials available. My family and I enjoyed our stay and didn’t mind the drive into the city. Mike, was a great host who was quick to respond to any questions that we had throughout our stay.

Beautiful Home

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Mike was a wonderful host who made sure we had everything we needed to be in a home away from home. There were plenty of sheets, pillow cases, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, lots of space, and the home was immaculate.

Corpus Christi stay

The home was very nice. We have stayed at a bunch of short term rentals when in different towns and this home was the nicest yet. From the Quality of construction but also plenty of towels, plates, glasses and silverware. We keep our home very cold at home and my kids made me turn the ac up higher then normal because it was sold cold. Being honest this was a awesome home.

We were interested in the property because it had a good price and the pictures were beautiful. Especially the master bedroom. When we arrived we could smell a strong pet urine smell we thought maybe it was because the front door was open and outside smells were going inside. Well no, that was not the case. As I went upstairs there were sooo many stains all over the carpet in every room. I assume pet urine. It was horrible. The master bedroom was not as shown in the pictures there was 2 beds making it a shared bedroom. We wanted it for my husband and I not to share with anyone else. We took the sheets off to wash them and found so many stains on the mattress. The furniture in living area is dirty, pool was dirty.. I had to buy microfiber towels and to the best of my ability I cleaned the carpets because I could not have my kids and parents stay in a house in that condition. I did let the host know but the answer I got was so discouraging. They wanted to send cleaners the next morning. There was no way we were staying there the first night with it in that condition. So we took it upon ourselves to clean the best we could. I took the loss but I wish they would do a better job at cleaning and keeping up with the place as the listing is very misleading. I would’ve preferred to pay more and get a better experience than we did.

Great Stay

This is a gorgeous house, it was perfect for our family travelling in to celebrate Thanksgiving together. The kitchen was very well-stocked which was refreshing. The only major complaint is this house is listed as having "5+ bathrooms"- which is a huge reason why we selected this house- though there are actually only 4 bathrooms so that was a letdown. Pillows on all beds are FLAT- bring your own if you need support. There are quite a few stains on the carpets upstairs, but the house was very clean. Everything else was great- host communicates very quickly and was so easy to work with- greatly appreciate that! Overall it was a great stay.
