Starer Kit: To help you settle in comfortably, each Sandbar Beach Rentals property is stocked with a starter set of basic essentials. This includes items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and trash bags.

These supplies are intended to get you started upon arrival. For extended stays or additional needs, we recommend planning to purchase extra items during your visit.



-HEATED POOL: The pool heater is available Nov1-March1 and is considered an add-on amenity, so please let use know before your arrival if you would like to have the pool heater for your stay. It is an additional $25/day to keep the pool heated.



PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POOL WILL NOT GET AS HOT AS A HOT TUB.

THIS POOL IS HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT 80-85 DEGREES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY GET TO ~20 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE OUSIDE TEMPERATURE.



-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart).



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.
