Located on North Padre Island just 1 block from beach.

Spectacular luxury townhome located at Smuggler's Cove. PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED no expense spared! Unit is beautifully furnished with top of the line bedding, linens, décor, kitchen furnishings, flat screen, smart HDTV's: 65" Living Area, 55" in Master and 43" iin second bedroom. Located just off the beach--2min walk to the beach.

End Unit looks out at beautiful resort style heated pool with overhead fountain, colored night lights and separate kiddie pool. This unit sleeps 4 adults and 2/3 children; top of the line king bed in Master Ensuite, pillow top queen bed and queen sleeper sofa.

Charcoal BBQ grills located at pool, private patio with seating and pool view. Close to the Packery Channel, Jetties and Bob Hall Pier for the serious angler. Horseback riding on the beach just to the south near Padre Island National Seashore which is a great experience and also offers world class bird watching with more than 380 species of birds seen migrating over the Texas coast. Don't miss the sea-turtle nesting and recovery between April and August. There are beach cart rentals available and kite surfing lessons. Make your next vacation a memorable one on North Padre Island!

Absolutely No Smoking and No Pets.

Guests must be over 25 years of age and parties are prohibited. Our home is ideal for a family that want a beach get away in a well-appointed home.

Family getaway

This was the oerfect location to stay at! Quiet neighborhood, pool was great for my 2.5yr old daughter. Shade was found near the pool so me and my 3month old son could be out there as well! House was close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great stay, and would love to come back!

This unit was spotless and had all of the amenities we needed. You can easily walk or drive to the beach. The pool area is great for families. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the shore!

Great location, close to the beach

It was a great location from the beach and the owners are considerate and respond quickly. I just wish all the towels were the same color, bleached white; and the chair seat covers, and there’s an orange stain in the 2nd tub. We cleaned as much as we could and some towels (but not the seat covers)

Perfect Getaway!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the location, the newness of the beach house, and the amenities. Super close to the beach and an amazing pool right in front of the house. Fantastic and will be coming back!

Perfect Family Get Away!

Our family had an absolutely amazing trip. The house was clean, had everything we needed, was within walking distance to the beach and the kids had a BLAST in the heated pool. We were very grateful to have the pool as an option as the weather was a little unpredictable. 10/10 would recommend this condo, and we will definitely be coming back!

Great property just a short stroll to the beach

We enjoyed a short stay at this wonderful property. Everything was perfect - spotlessly clean and comfortable. The home was well equipped and beautifully decorated. The pool and splash pad were just outside our door and there was plenty of seating and shade structures in the pool area. The beach was an easy stroll down the street. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Cute place that is very beach convenient

The small condo was cute and clean with plenty of TVs so people can disperse (or not) to cover their entertainment needs. Very useful kitchen and washer/dryer along with two bright bathrooms. Make sure you get the WiFi network and password... it is not posted anywhere in the condo. P.S. Two parking spaces!

Family get away

The property's location was great! You could walk or drive to the beach. Just know that if you take your car, you need a beach pass, which is less than $10 and is suitable for the whole year. The condo was beautiful! My kids enjoyed the pool and the park. The condo could use a deep clean. I understand this condo gets booked often, but you could tell the cleaning is not the best. The master sheets were stained yellow. Other than the cleaning, everything else was great! Jim also got back to us fast when we had a question. We will for sure be coming back to this condo!

While traveling to Texas, the property manager Veronica was absolutely courteous and communicative. She text me various times to see if we had checked in and if we were ok which was a plus! She let me know that the condo had been cleaned and sanitized which was a good feeling. We arrived at the location pretty late night as road tripping is stop and go when you have children. We arrived at the location and went in to the property which looked cute, but then as we took a good look, everything looked so dirty and gross. The cushions in the dining room table were so stained with water stains & feathers everywhere. There was not even vacuuming done during clean up at this point. I usually disinfect places we stay and it takes me about 30 minutes because my daughter has medical conditions and I need to make sure that mostly the bathrooms are super clean & sanitized. However, after inspecting the entire house, it was super filthy. I had to wash the bedding as we found bugs and yellow stains on the bedding and at this point wash all the towels as I was pretty grossed out after seeing bugs in the bed and how dirty the house was.I had to clean out the fridge as it was filthy! I sent a message to the owner after and I had said I wouldn't post this but after consideration and the lack of apology and attention to this, I have to be open and clear about the bad conditions. I was not offered a discount not a refund for these matters. Very disappointed in this stay,

Babies 1st trip

This was our 9 months old 1st vacation, and our 13 year old son with special needs loved this place. Very easy on communication, very clean apon arrival. Kids loved the pool and how close we were to the beach. Was the perfect place for our stay.

Corpus weekend trip

This was the perfect location. Beach access was right around the corner and the pool was perfect for my kids to enjoy. Very satisfied with our stay here. Property manager was very responsive and helpful with any of our questions. The only negative was the area by the grill outside was pretty noisy one night and unfortunately was right outside our window. Would definitely stay here again, my kids loved every bit of this trip!
