Aransas Princess 503 Beachfront 2 BR 2 BA Sleeps 6. Winter Texans welcome

  • Beautiful 1392 square foot two Bedroom two bath condo is located on the 5th floor with a beautiful ocean view from the living room and master bedroom. This unit offers a king size bed in the master, two full size beds in the guest room, and a sofa sleeper in the living room. Equipped with 3 TVs, cable and wifi. A/C and heater. Fully equipped kitchen, and new dining table for 6. (Currently not reflected in the photos)
    The building has a hot tub and 2 swimming pools, one with an ocean view and the other with a city view. There are two tennis courts and basketball hoops, and shuffle board by the pool as well. There is an air conditioned fish cleaning room. You will be steps away from the beach.

    Winter Texans welcome. Please message me for discount rates for winter months. Rates include housekeeping services once a week

Both of our kids were home from college at the same time, I booked our stay 24 hours before and it was amazing! Great location. All amenities from the bedding, pillows, ac, washer, dryer were perfect. We will definitely be back to this gem.

Great Weekend with the In-laws in a really nice Condo!

The condo at Aransas Princess was great. It was my wife and her parents on this trip. Access to the beach was perfect. The pools and hot tub were nice. The owner was great, when we did have a problem with water from the kitchen sink, we had a maintenence person in the condo fixing the problem within the hour. Our view was great from the covered balcony. Loved the time. It went way too fast.

Relaxing trip

We spent a few days at the coast, however, we had not stayed in Port Aransas before. The Aransas Princess and this condo were great! We had a direct beach/gulf view. The condo was the right size for our family of four, with a fantastic kitchen, bedrooms, and a balcony were you can spend the day relaxing. There is a grocery store right down the street to pick up provisions. I can’t say enough good things about this condo.

What we most loved about this place was the view. Also there are two pools and a hot tub and a study wooden deck that you can walk down to get to the beach. The host was very quick replying back to my messages as well.

Excellent location. Awesome view of the beach. Unit was great with the exception of freezer, it struggled to freeze ice cubes. Place mats would be nice addition to kitchen supplies. Kitchen was nicely stocked. Swimming pools were nice and clean. Great communication with owner and condo staff was friendly and very helpful. Owner, Luzma, was amazing!

We loved our beach get away! We were originally scheduled to stay during hurricane Hanna but Luzma was so nice and accommodating that she let us move our reservation out a few days. She was very prompt in all of our communications. The condo was clean, cute and just what we needed. I would definitely recommend this rental. Thank you Luzma for being so sweet.

NYE get away

This is our 2nd trip to Aransas Princess condominiums. While different condos, this trip was equally Awesome! Property Manager was quick on communication even during Holiday weekend. Condo was clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable and the view of ocean waves from 5th floor balcony - so great! 5stars!!
