A Crazy Beach is in the Mercer Village community on Oleander, which is 1 block west of Alister St. This community is newly built in 2021. Still an easy drive (within 5 min) to the beach, but in the heartbeat of Old Town with some of the best food, excellent shopping, live music, entertainment and more - A Crazy Beach checks all of the boxes!
Arriving at A Crazy Beach is really easy with 2 designated parking spots on the side of the house. Enjoy the beautiful front porch and enter into a spacious living room with a large TV and comfy couches! This open concept floor plan also offers a dining space, chef's kitchen and kitchen island - this area is perfect for entertaining, meals together, and/or planning your beach/fishing day ahead!
The kitchen is well stocked for all of your prepping, cooking, serving and dining needs. And, this kitchen is gorgeous with all of the coastal finishes!
Also on the main floor is a half bath, laundry room with a washer and dryer for guest use, and a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. All decorated beautifully with everything you need to have a great Port A island stay!
Head upstairs to 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom: King Room, Bunk Room with 2 full bunk beds on the bottom and twin on top. This bunk room is colorful and fun - it will be a kiddo favorite! All bedrooms offer a closet for guest storage as well.
Don't forget the large community pool for swimming and water fun after all of your Port A sight seeing, fishing and beaching! It will be the perfect spot to cool off and make memories with your friends and family!

Home Truths: - The communal pool is not heated. - The communal pool is closed every Tuesday for maintenance. - The community pool is approximately 15-20 steps away from the home. - Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. - Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. - Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks. - This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet. - Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
