Introducing Ocean View SIV26! This 2nd floor beachfront efficiency condo is in the heart of Port Aransas. It has recently been remodeled with a coastal theme throughout. The spacious bedroom offers 2 full size beds and a full bathroom. The oversized patio off the living area has a wonderful view of the beach. Sea Isle Village is a fabulous community complete with an over-sized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access. There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required. Enjoyable quaint stay

Great quaint location! Great price for the location. Please bring bug spray those mosquitoes are no joke especially when you take the beach access trail behind the condo. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the amazing beach view from the condo’s balcony.

Fabulous family find!

Our small family of 3 absolutely loved our Sea Isle stay! Condo was 1 room only, similar to hotel however had a full kitchen and AMAZING view!! We loved all the colorful decor, too! Thankful in advance for being able to return to such a lovely condo!!

Pretty impressed with how clean the property was. Short walk to the beach too. It would of been a little better if they had longer pool hours. Other than that everything was great.

Happy Anniversary!

We came for our 50th wedding anniversary and totally enjoyed our stay. All was clean and well kept. The only thing we would change is the TV setup, at 70 years old it was confusing. Had our grandkids been with us they would have done it in a snap! Thank you for letting us rent your beautiful spot! We will be back!!

great property

nice condo with balcony, good path to beach, had to make a quick run to grocery store - there was no bath soap, salt and pepper. Beds were not very comfortable. Wondering why we need to take trash to dumpsters when we paid a hefty cleaning fee, but not a problem. Would rent again!

We were safe during the first tropical storm of the season. One thing the owner might check is the door to the balony. Rain came thru the storm/screen door, at the bottom and top. But no rain got into the room. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful place to stay year round.

I love how it is decorated, you definitely feel you are on the coast. It was a lovely stay even with Tropical Storm Harold blowing in. The pool was quickly cleaned the next day. There aren’t any basic condiments or coffee on site. I bought some sugar and left it there for future visitors. Bring what you think you will need.

Exactly what I wanted, almost

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the first time my family and I have rented out something like this. We loved staying here. Let me get the only con out of the way and say that the beds are not comfortable, but other than that we definitely will return. It is a short walk to the beach, quick access to convenient stores, and has everything you need for the littles; pool, basketball court, playground. I am not sure if there was laundry on site.... Couldn't find it although they provided laundry pods. The view from the balcony is nice. Have a rinse station for when you get back to the property from the beach. They remote was working for the volume and then it stopped and we couldn't figure it out, but that wasn't a huge bother. Definitely would recommend to others.

A Relaxing Stay with Ocean Views

The location was ideal, with the front door facing the inviting pool and the back patio offering stunning beach views.The kitchen was well-equipped, featuring brand-new pots and pans, an abundance of plates and cups, and even two coffee pots. We appreciated having a dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils. For two people, the space was very comfortable, allowing us to unwind and relax.The beds were remarkably cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite features was the desk that overlooked the beach. Sitting there, coloring and gazing at the ocean, was truly therapeutic.The only minor issue was the shower curtain liner in the bathroom, which needed replacement due to its dirtiness. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean views and left feeling refreshed. We would happily return to stay in this same condo for another relaxing getaway.

I didn’t end up sleeping in this unit because I knew my back would hurt on the hard beds, so if you stay in this unit, be prepared for very hard beds- bring a mattress topper or blow up mattress, although it’s a small unit so may not have room for the blow up.

Ocean View condo review

The condo is in a great location with a large balcony and beach view decorated very nice to give you the beach atmosphere. All the restaurants are close. The only thing that would give it a better experience is to put 4 inch mattress toppers to make it more comfortable to sleep. The mattresses are very firm. The vent in the bathroom needs to be cleaned but other than that we had a great stay.
