This beautiful condominium at Aransas Princess features two living areas, both spacious and gorgeously decorated. The main living area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. Relax in this cozy, yet elegant room.

The fully stocked kitchen has all the amenities, including granite countertops and stainless appliances. The view from the kitchen is incredible as well as looking out over the Ocean Blue Waves. The primary bedroom boasts breathtaking gulf views, a plush king size bed, flat screen TV and private en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers a plush king size bed, flat screen TV and private en-suite bathroom. Located in the living room is a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.

Spend countless hours on the beach or splashing in the two Aransas Princess community pools. Pack a lunch and walk your beach gear over the private boardwalk. Come stay and play with us!

Winter Texan escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay in Unit #712 during January and February 2021 was an adventure this year due to COVID and the great Texas freeze in February. I must say that we loved our condo. It was wonderfully appointed and had lots of kitchen tools and appliances for cooking meals in, which we did much more of on this trip. Unfortunately we had to vacate our condo for over a week due to loss of power and water during the winter storm. Once water and power was restored in the complex, our unit had additional power issues but the management was wonderful and relocated us for several nights to another condo while the problem was being resolved. We were very glad to be able to spend the last few nights of our stay back in #712. Loved the reclining sofa and chair, the large master bath and shower, and the balcony - great view and chairs to enjoy it from. The Aransas Princess is our favorite Port Aransas retreat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect- clean and comfortable. We were totally satisfied with our choice and would definitely choose this property again. Unrelated to the unit we stayed in, we did find it disappointing that the weekend desk staff did not follow the mask wearing requirement. The result was more people in the lobby that also did not wear masks.
