About this property

1st Floor 1 BDR-1 Bath/Just steps to the Beach!

  • Ground floor condo next to our live fed salt water fishing pond with pier, we have great amenities such as 24 hour fitness center, glassed in heated pool with hot tub, office area in club room, BBQ grills throughout community and in pool area, and a short 5 minute walk to the beach. Fully furnished to make you feel at home , Wifi in property, one assigned parking spot (In front of patio), car wash area at back of property, boat parking available but have to register at office. Close to the new IGA Grocery store and Hardknocks Sports bar, great local eateries, shopping and entertainment, all the comforts of the big city only a few minutes away. Port Aransas is a short drive as well with deep sea fishing charters and restaurants on the water. We offer beach towels and beach buggy rentals are available near by. So come relax, soak up the sun and take home some great memories to talk about for years to come.

Great Location!

We chose this property to be close to the beach. It was very close to the surf, and there is a great Italian restaurant just blocks from the property. The property also has amenities to fresh water wash everything before returning inside, where the property has a washer and drier to clean all the beach towels and beachwear for the next day.

Need a spot with peace and quiet, this is the most clean condo and full of all your needs from kitchen to the bedroom and bathroom. . Nice and quiet and just a few steps to the beach. We will for sure stay there again. Jack and Cathy.

Excellent property and service!

We had an excellent time staying at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The property was clean and well cared for. The pond out back kept my two boys busy catching fish. Additionally, the short walk to the beach made it the perfect location for the whole family. The customer service was excellent. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. This will be our go to spot in Corpus if it’s available for our future trips.

AWESOME place

Location, location, location. It was the perfect location from the reserved parking spot around 10 feet from the unit to the very short drive or walk to the wonderful beach! And SO clean and wonderfully decorated. The pool was gorgeous as well. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the communication with our host was friendly and accommodating. We loved our stay so much that we stayed an extra day!! 🤗

Perfect Condo

Everything was perfect. We hit a massive pothole on our drive to Texas that caused major damage to our car, but a quick text to the owner and she rearranged our stay while the car was being fixed and was wonderful about the whole thing. Great view of the pond. The fish were literally jumping day and night. The beach is easily available and the condo unit was great. Lots of kitchen accessories, towels, bedding, tv choices, fast wifi and nicely decorated. We'd happily go back!
