This beautiful newly remodeled beach house with views of Currituck sound and sleeps 16 was carefully designed for the perfect summer vacation with the whole family.

Located right on the water and 2 minutes from the beach, Casa Kai has everything for the quintessential summer escape that your family will remember forever. With Balconies overlooking Currituck sound, the sunsets and water views are unmatched.

The home offers a gorgeous pool, hot tub and a game room so groups of all ages will enjoy their stay with us. Our home is the perfect summer getaway on the Outer Banks.

Cleaning Fee included. All Linens included. Dog friendly but must be house trained. We want our guests to arrive and relax!

  • One of the northernmost towns along the coast in North Carolina, Duck is an idyllic town on the shores of the Currituck Sound. This shot was taken from the town's boardwalk while looking West over the sounds. It is advisable to visit the location in Winter as that is off season - so you can spend more time taking in the beauty of the North Carolina coastline and also sunsets are usually much more picturesque around the time owing to the cooler temperatures and lower amount of atmospheric haze. Plenty of things around Duck to see. Further north, there is the Currituck Lighthouse where you can climb the steps to the top of the lighthouse. North of Corolla, there is an area where you can drive along the coast on the sand - 4X4s a must. Here you can spot some Spanish Mustangs, horses out in the wild. If you're lucky, you can spot them running along the beach in the surf. I'd recommend taking a tour through the Corolla Wild Horse Fund - the money from the tours is used to help the wild horses in every which way possible and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. We had a wonderful week long stay! It was a beautiful house with everything we needed. The pool and view were stunning. The location was awesome, close to the beach, restaurant and stores. Great host who responded right away to any questions I had! I also loved how it was pet friendly.

Beautiful house with so much space, comfortable for a group of 10 people. Close to beach and town. All amenities we could possibly need, pet friendly. Wonderful place for a family reunion. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and super clean. Owner responded to inquiries immediately. Would definitely stay again!!
