- SomerVilla is a five-bedroom oceanside home situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Corolla's Ocean Sands community. The beach is just a short walk away using the boardwalk at the end of Sand Fiddler Circle. Pets are welcome, so you won't have to leave your furry family members behind. SomerVilla makes the most of outdoor living, with a private pool, hot tub and two levels of wrap-around decking. The top-level great room features an open-concept layout ideal for gathering, along with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. After a day at the beach, come home and rinse off in the outdoor shower before taking a refreshing dip in the pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. When it's time for dinner, fire up the grill for burgers, steaks or the catch of the day. Apart of the Section F neighborhood of Ocean Sands, guests will have exclusive access to the nearby community tennis courts. The central location in Corolla means you'll be just minutes from grocery stores, shopping, dining and the Currituck Club golf course.
