Relaxing getaway

Great House and Location

Everyone enjoyed their stay at this house. Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. Short walk to the beach and short drive to dining and shopping. Great place to spend our annual vaca to OBX.

Great experience!

We rented this house for a family beach week and fit 16 people comfortably, and we were all very pleased with the cleanliness of the house and responsiveness of the property manager when I had questions upon arrival!

Very nice house

Everything was as great as listed. From time we checked in to check out.....they offered great beach equipment...yard is perfect for family fun Only recommondation for the house would be to swap the kids room to the main floor with the other 2 bedrooms

The house was the perfect size for our nine. We loved the layout and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The kitchen table was the perfect size for dinners and game nights. The breakfast nook was the perfect setup for playing canasta. Location was great for driving on the beach and stocking up at the grocery store. Would highly recommend!

Shore to Please

The house is georgeous! We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was clean, beds were comfortable. The only complaint we had was the TV service. It was The Hopper on Dish which would just turn off on its own or the screen would freeze. Other than that everything was excellent and hope to return next year.

Nice Place!

Our extended family likes to gather all in one big house. Many rentals miss some important things like having enough plates and silverware. None have ever gotten seating right for meals. This house had all of that! We were all able to sit together for Thanksgiving! There were other thoughtful amenities like beach toys, chairs, etc. Everything was in good working order. There was enough parking for all of our cars.

Shore To Please

Our family had a wonderful time! Instructions for check in/out were very clear and went smoothly, and the property was very well equipped. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because we had an issue with the pool; the filter was not working, which means we spent way too much time having to constantly clean it, without much luck. We were told that the previous renters damaged the filter, which seems to indicate they were aware of the issue, yet did not resolve it prior to our arrival. Although the property management were very responsive, the pool company seemed limited on what they could do at the time and as a result, the pool was not clean during our stay. In addition, although the floor plans indicate so, there is no hot tub on the third level deck outside the bedroom, only one in the pool area. That being said, you shouldn't deter this from renting this awesome property, just make sure this issue has been resolved.

Definitely Pleased

This house is better than is shown in the photos. The great room on the third floor is very spacious and lets in a lot of light. There are tons of conveniences and the kitchen is well stocked. Huge driveway for lots of cars. There is a great beach/toy room with sand toys, boogie boards, chairs, etc so you can lighten your packing load. 10 minutes to beach access is accurate and the access point is much less crowded than the ones to the left and right, which was great. I'll give big credit to Shoreline OBX and the homeowners. Without getting too much detail, we had a major house issue on Tuesday (not the owners fault, just a faulty appliance). The first maintenance worker was on site in 10 minutes, a plumber was dispatched within 18 hours, and when the fix couldn't happen right away, the homeowners replaced the entire unit the next day at great expense. This showed excellent customer service and saved the back half of our vacation. Not all rental companies would have done this. The only downsides I would note are that the pool is a bit small, and the hot tub is far from the house out on the pool deck (a consideration if you have small kids and are considering evening hot tub time). Neither subtracted greatly from our stay. Don't hesitate to book Shore to Please.

A wonderful fall retreat

We loved our stay at Sore To Please! The cooler temps were great for long walks and the Whalehead neighborhood had excellent roads for biking with low traffic. The home was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. I recommend Sore To Please!

Beautiful home, lots of room/ space . Decks great! Kitchen well stocked. I slept great in 3rd level bedroom, other guests did not like mattresses on 2nd level. Yard big, pool area and hot tub great! View of sunrise gorgeous, and starry skies at night great to see from top deck. Appreciate the light switches being labeled and plenty of outlets. Would definitely stay here again! Easy walk to beach access.

AMAZING PLACE

This place had it all, lots of extras close to the beach, the only disappointment is that the pool cant be heated in off season, outside of that, it was exactly what we needed and described!

We had a wonderful trip to Corolla. Such a treat to see a change of scenery. The house was fabulous and very well equipped for children. Great vacation. Weather was wonderful.

Great stay

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Only complaint is the lack of materials provided by the leasing company - no toliet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the tools we needed. Walk to the beach is easy with the boardwalk path, takes less than 10 minutes. Really enjoyed our vacation and felt very comfortable in this home.

Amazing House!

This home gave us so many invaluable memories! Especially love the spacious top floor. We could be doing a puzzle while others cooked and the kids watch tv to unwind agfter the beach or pool. It was awesome!

Corolla beach rental

The master bedroom upstairs was terrible. Very small, no night stands, tiny tv. The bathroom was a joke! Very small! Had to share with everybody in the kitchen. Wasn't private. No walk in shower. Tiny vanity. Could barely turn around. No fenced in yard for pets. We were very disappointed! We won't be back!

Best Vacation Ever

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no complaints to verbalize. It was listed as oceanfront though, so I was surprised that we had to walk a few blocks to the beach. Other than that everything was perfect for our annual family vacation.

Renewed Love of Corolla

We enjoyed our stay at Corolla, NC. It had been 9 years since we had visited. The house was wonderful and fully equipped. The beach. pool, and amenities within the house were great. We stayed as a family and it was a wonderful change of scenery.
