Situated near a picturesque lake, our home provides easy access to outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, and boating. After a day of exploration, return to the tranquility of our quiet neighborhood, where the cul-de-sac location ensures a peaceful and safe environment for all. The community pool is a mere 1 block away, while tennis and pickleball courts are available just down the street! (Community pool open 5/18/24 - 10/5/24)

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**

The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
