Brand New Beautiful Condo at Beach Club in Corolla, Steps from the beach!

Built in 2022, this lovely one level, beach side retreat is stunning with its high end finishes and perfect floor plan. The vaulted ceilings in the great room allows lovely light for that airy beachside feel. This condo's open concept allows for great entertaining in the culinary dream kitchen with high end appliances, quartz countertops and solid wood cabinets. This condo is complete with 2 King Master suites, with 2 full bathrooms, 3 large smart tv's, washer and dryer and wifi. The best feature of all is that you are only steps to the beach, in one direction, and across the street from Historic Corolla Park with the Currituck beach Lighthouse, and the most beautiful sunsets in the Outer Banks. Location, location, location, everything you need for your amazing vacation is within a 3 mile radius. Shops, Restaurants and activities galore. We hope to see you soon!
*This is a BRAND NEW home in a BRAND NEW community. All like models in the same phase (phase 1) will be completed by the time of your stay. There will still be construction but it should not interfere with your ability to access the beach or any of the other amenities Corolla has to offer.

A favorite place to stay when we visit Corolla. Convenient to Whalehead, Corolla Village, and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Hosts provide the comforts of home along with beach essentials to allow for relaxation and time with family.

Corolla Visit

Highly recommend and my family had a wonderful stay. Tim is extremely communicative and the community is close to the beach, pool and shops! We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay!

The place was exactly as advertised! Comfortable and clean! 150 steps away from the best margarita and food spot in the area! (I counted) and not far from the beach (easily walkable) also walkable to the lighthouse.

This property is beautiful and in a Wonderful location! We drove on the beach to see the wild horses and were not disappointed! There are many small restaurants within walking distance. I would highly recommend!!

The property is in a perfect location—just steps from the beach and close to attractions like Whalehead Corolla Park and the Corolla Lighthouse. We loved that there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well.The condo itself was thoughtfully equipped, with a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious and very comfortable king-sized bedrooms, and even beach gear for the kids. Both the condo and the community were well maintained, peaceful, and quiet—an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway.My husband, our 10-year-old, and I truly enjoyed our stay. Tim, our host, was incredibly responsive and proactive with communication, which made everything even smoother. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Beautiful Beach Location

My family and I had a wonderful vacation to the Outer Banks. The condo was outstanding in every way possible, and the location is top notch, with a short walk to the beach, shopping/dining and the Currituck Lighthouse. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering a trip to this area!

Peace and tranquility

Holiday Retreat

Great First Time at OBX!

We traveled with several families all of which stayed in the same complex as the unit we rented. Great time for all. The unit was fantastic, the pool area phenomenal, the new taco bar a treat, and the proximity to the beaches could not be beat. Thanks Tim!

Beautiful Week!

We spent a relaxing and fun week, and could not have enjoyed the location or condo more! It was so convenient to the lighthouse, beach, and shopping! We were lucky enough to have perfect weather for our stay, and spent many hours just enjoying the beach. The condo was clean, lovely, and well-stocked. We were sad to leave and hope to be back soon!

Great Stay

This was me and my families first time to OBX! We loved it, and we loved the condo even more. It was clean, super easy to check in, and the neighborhood is great. It’s a quick walk to the lighthouse and an even quicker one to the beach! 5 stars! I would definitely recommend to anyone.

A delightful stay in Corolla NC

The condo is lovely! Nicely furnished, kitchen is well-equipped, comfortable beds, and an extremely helpful supply of necessities...even K-cups for the essential morning coffee! My daughter and I enjoyed a few days of relaxing and reminiscing about previous vacations at Whalehead Beach in this right-sized haven for the two of us. Beach access so close, and even handicapped accessible which was an added bonus for me. Tim was so congenial and responsive when we had a question about the checkout procedure. We'd be delighted to stay in this charming unit again.

Location and communication

The location was perfect for a quiet family vacation away from the higher density areas. On the edge of Corolla within walking distance of a few restaurants and small shops. Great communication with the property owner/manager made us confident in the selection. The property is just the right size for a small family like ours. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything you could need on vacation. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Clean, new, close to beach access

Check-in was simple, property owner/manager was very communicative and easy to reach, though we had absolutely no problems (he reached out to us on several occasions to ensure there were no problems). The property was just as described. Everything was clean, in excellent working order, and modern. The location is excellent, as it is a short walk to the beach, but also to several restaurants, a small convenience store, and various beach experience/rental companies. It was great for the two of us and our romantic getaway, but the property would also be excellent for families or two couples or a group of friends as it is very spacious with two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It was a great stay. Highly recommended.

Nice little spot!

We chose this house because of the location & glad we did. Communication with the host was fast & top notch! The Little neighborhood was Right across the street from the Lighthouse, easy short 300 yard -ish walk to the beach even for our littles. The BBQ spot at the Lighthouse was delicious! The owners had beach chairs, games, toys & beach toys. Fairly close to Duck, for a nice dinner. We enjoyed the Maritime forest boardwalk right up the street about 3 minutes. The neighborhood was very quiet despite some construction, nothing bothered us at all. The pool was absolutely beautiful. We felt extremely safe, beds were so very comfortable, kitchen was great for feeding my crew. All in all we enjoyed our stay & cant wait to go back!
