You can even enjoy a fun-filled 18 holes as a perk of The Currituck Club community. After a hard day of play, spend your evenings relaxing in the house hot tub. While ‘Seaview Estate’ has multiple rooms and levels to accommodate your large group, don’t worry about trips up and down the stairs – there’s an in-house elevator to remedy that! The mid-level features 3 master king bedrooms with private baths. There’s even a laundry area for convenient mid-week washes. Outside, there’s a covered porch and sun deck for relaxing in the shade or soaking up some rays – your choice! Travel to the top level and discover the final master king bedroom with a private bath and all the common areas, including a great room, kitchen, and dining room. You’ll also find a convenient half bath for guests' use. There’s also a top-level covered porch and sun deck – so you get the option of shades or rays from both levels! Further up a small staircase, you’ll find a small loft area.

Great Spring Vacation!

The house is very clean, modern and bright. The online photos are very accurate. We loved the views and really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We cannot say enough about the property management support, Lisa and team are the best! The Currituck Club is a large golf community with beautiful properties that are well maintained. The amenities and location are great. We enjoyed Corolla and Duck but did a lot of exploring — Winery, Wright Brothers Memorial, Manteo, Hatteras, Duck boardwalk, Wild Horse Tour. What a great month-long Spring vacation in the Outer Banks!!
