A four-wheel-drive vehicle is required; the property sits approximately 3 miles up the 4x4 beach — one of the closest 4x4 properties to the hard road.
Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
Four bedrooms sleep 9 guests across two levels. The third level features a king bedroom with private en-suite bath. The second level offers an additional king bedroom with en-suite bath, a queen bedroom with ensuite bath, and a duo-bunk room with double bottom bunk and twin top (bath in the hall). A central living space connects the second-level bedrooms.

The brand new private pool and hot tub are ready for the 2026 season, making Memories one of the newest and most updated vacation rentals in Swan Beach. Beach access is just a 300-foot walk over the dune — or drive your 4x4 directly to the beach and park for the day.

With only one row of homes between Memories and the Atlantic, the ocean views from the main living level are spectacular. Carova Beach is home to wild horses, fox, deer, and rabbits on land, while brown pelicans, sea hawks, terns, sandpipers, and gulls enchant from the shore. Whales and porpoises have even been spotted from the beach.
