• Spacious Living Areas: This three-story waterfront retreat offers an unparalleled vacation experience. Each floor features elegantly designed living spaces with plush seating, perfect for gatherings or quiet relaxation.

• Gourmet Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a new fridge, freezer, oven, stove, rice cooker, and 2 dishwashers. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of serving ware, kitchen essentials, and a Keurig coffee machine stocked with pods, sugar, and creamer. Guests are welcomed with a thoughtful basket of snacks and a guidebook filled with recommendations for things to do and places to visit in the area.

• Bedrooms: Seven well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a tranquil, private space to unwind. The home comfortably sleeps 16 guests with 6 luxurious king beds and 4 cozy twin bunks, perfect for large families or groups. Each bedroom has an attached private bathroom for added convenience and privacy.

☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young children, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That`s why we`ve made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack `n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space in any bedroom for set up. We’ve also stocked kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and utensils, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!



☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome pets for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints. Max 2 dogs

☆ Pool Heater: The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $125 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 5 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay. Additionally, the pool heater is generally more effective when the ambient temperature is at or above 55 degrees celsius.



☆ Hot Tub: The use of the hot tub is included in your nightly rate, there is no additional charge. Our team will turn the hot tub on prior to your arrival.



☆ No Adhesives on Walls – Do not use tape, hooks, stickers, or any other materials to attach decorations or items to the walls, as this may cause damage.



☆ No Glitter Allowed – Glitter is extremely difficult to clean and can cause lasting damage to furniture and surfaces. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us provide a clean, welcoming space for every guest.



☆ Pests: Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs that are common in the area during certain seasons. While they are harmless and don’t bite at all, they come in numbers, so we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors. Keeping the lights off at night is also a tremendous help. We also treat the area regularly to manage their numbers, but be aware they can still affect outdoor spaces. Bug spray but it is a great idea for enjoying the deck and pool areas. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on property, please contact us and we`ll have animal control come remove them.

Embrace the freedom and privacy of this luxurious retreat without any restrictions. To ensure a smooth and hassle-free check-in, we provide a secure door code. This code will be sent to you 2 days before your arrival, and will give you access to both, the front door smart lock, and the smart lock located on the elevator door on the driveway.
