Cleanliness of the property was not good. Seemed like a rush cleaning as the kitchen stove, counters, bathroom mirrors and sinks were not the best. Mirrors looked like they were cleaned with a dirty dish rag. Hairs in the sink, Stove was greasy and the daughter found a human tooth on her night stand. Outside BBG had a pool of grease below it. I could keep going on, but i addressed this with the Property management company. The actual location of the house was great as it was right next to the access walkway to the beach. The Trash can operation for the whole neighborhood was a bit confusing as we had at least 12 large cans in our driveway and people were filling their trash in our cans and none of them got cleaned out all the way... so we had a lot of flies outside and inside. The inside is a bit dated and the outside of the house needs a lot of work as the shingles are faded and falling off due to the salt atmosphere (pictures on web site shows it to look better than what it is. All in all we we were a bit disappointed.
