This charming 2-bedroom condominium is a well-maintained, bright and cheerful place to spend a week close to the beach access, just 350 feet away! [Note: No dogs or other animals are allowed in this condo.]

Updated with unique touches, this condo is perfect for couples or a small family with young children on a budget. The living area has a large flat-screen TV for streaming your favorite programs with high-speed internet service. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a pod coffee maker. The dining table seats 4 and the bar counter seats 3.

There are two bedrooms: King Master Suite has a flat-screen TV with streaming options and a private bath. The second bedroom has both a Pyramid Bunk Set with Trundle and a Double bed. This bedroom also has a flat-screen TV with streaming available. The hallway bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

A large community pool is within a short distance of the front door so look no further for your beach vacation in a prime location with plenty of local restaurants and shopping opportunities to choose from during the summertime!
