Private Pools are open starting the first weekend in May through the second weekend in October. Pool heating/cooling is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 22, 2026 and September 6, 2026, and May 28, 2027 and September 5, 2027.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.

Good house for a large family...just wish it was in a different location.

The house was a great size and had plenty of room for our family of 9 that stayed there. It was clean and only slightly outdated. There were also plenty of activities (closet full of books, games, and puzzles) and beach toys and chairs at the house. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, hammock, and outdoor shower. It was relatively close to the beach but you had to climb over a steep flight of stairs to get across the dunes. Not too bad for adults but it was a lot of work for our young children. The house is not well sound proof. If anyone is in the top floor (living room, kitchen, dining room) you can hear EVERYTHING they do and move. It did not make for a very restful trip for those of us on the middle floor bedrooms. Also the neighboring houses are close together and at least two nights of our trip there was a house party nearby that we could easily hear at 1am. The house is in ok shape but there were a few things that needed fixing (microwave door, washing machine auger) and other changes I would make to the house (light in the outdoor shower, fan in the screened in porch). Finally, the house is in Corolla which I didn't realize means it take an hour to get to there parts of the Outer Banks, but that's my oversight.
