Centrally located in Corolla Light, this four-bedroom townhome is just a short walk to the beach and all the amenities offered by this award-winning resort community. The reverse floorplan features three separate levels, each with its own outdoor space. Enjoy ocean views from the spacious decks, equipped with top-of-the-line Polywood outdoor furniture. An open-concept layout in the great room allows everyone to gather and spend quality time together. The chef in the family will appreciate the kitchen's custom tilework, granite countertops and open-concept layout, where they can be part of the action while preparing meals. Two of the four bedrooms include ensuite baths, making Beach Magic ideal for multiple or extended families.

Location excellent. Villa layout very nice. Suggestions…only one fridg in kitchen. Second fridg in garage would be a nice addition for beverages and ice when preparing for beach. Also only 2 MBR on second floor. 2 additional BR’s first floor very small and juvenile. Keep this in mind if traveling with adult children and their partner's. A couple will have to take the kids space. Kitchen and living space great with views of pools and ocean from the deck. Would stay here again.
