Thank you for a wonderful stay.
From the moment we arrived we were treated as though we were the only people there. From reception to dining room and bar all members of staff were courteous and welcoming. The room and the view from it were unbelievable. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable. The food in the dining room was amazing with perfect sized portions. The selection of real ales (my favourite tipple) was excellent as was the wine ( the bosses favorite). I cannot give enough praise for this hotel, in fact, we enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked to stay there over Christmas next year. To all staff at the Pier House Hotel a massive thank you.

Excellent, but...
Very good indeed but was cold during the night and there were no blankets in the room. Ask beforehand! Also no toiletries in bathroom except fixed soap/shampoo dispenser.

A very warm welcome on arrival set a very good impression. My room was pleasantly decorated and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and with no external noises, I slept very well. The breakfast was good, again with very welcoming and helpful staff. There was limited on-street parking directly outside of the hotel or a free carpark a short walk away. A lovely hotel in a very picturesque, sleepy part of Cornwall

We only stayed one night, (this time), but had an amazing stay! Staff so helpful & couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast was perfect, after a lovely nights sleep in a huge comfortable bed! Fabulous well appointed sea view room with both bath and shower in bathroom. (Room No.12). Highly recommended this Hotel!
