"This resort is all about the staff.The staff make you feel welcome from the front desk to the restaurant stop to the housekeeping they are all so very kind... I also observe how the owners treat staff.I've always looked at this at every.ResortI've ever stayed at, and I could tell you that they are treated so well there by the brothers.They are an amazing team of people."

"I would say the hospitality from the entire work staff was impeccable, even though we were there at possibly the worst time in history during hurricane Melissa the staff made sure that everyone was safe and well taken care of outside of the fact of us not having any running water or air-conditioning. We had food and shelter. The resort also make sure logistically that everything was accommodated for."

"We were there the weekend before the hurricane hit Jamaica. The resort was amazing, the staff was amazing, the butlers Richardo and Thorniel were amazing, the life guards at the water park treated us like family. The bartenders were top notch and made great drinks. Shoutout to O’Shea. The food was the best I ever had and I’ve been to many AI resorts. Jamaica didn’t disappoint and we will be back. "

I appreciate the staff for making sure everyone was safe during this time and also putting our safety before their own families.
