Spacious house in a peaceful setting between Ardèche and Provence in Goudargues

The gîte "Cornillon" covers 120 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 adults and 3 children (extra bunk bed (70 x 180)). Access is via a large outside staircase. Everything is included in the price: WIFI, use of two bicycles, canoe, gas, electricity, water, pool products, ....
There is ample parking on the fenced property. Charging station for electric cars 500m away. Very large shaded terrace facing south with a view of the vineyards and forests.
2 bathrooms, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, gas and electric hob, coffee maker, etc.)
Spacious living room with air conditioning.
Private swimming pool of 5 m and 1.2 m deep (closed out of season), garden furniture, parasol and BBQ.
The house is located on a dead end road in a quiet area.
This peace and quiet must be guaranteed during the stay. For babies: high chair, cot, baby bath and baby toilet are available free of charge.
Nearby (500m):
Goudargues, the Venice of the Gard, village with restaurants, bars and small shops on the banks of the canal, bakery, butcher, Utile, Intermarché and the weekly market (Wednesday).
The Cèze is within walking distance. Many possible activities, see Cèze Canoës: canoe-kayak rental – Goudargues.
Centrally located to discover the region: Avignon 40 km, Arles 40 km, Cascades du Sautadet and La Roque sur Cèze 2 km, Pont du Gard 30 km, Orange 25 km, Grotte de Chauvet 20 km, Ardèche 20 km, Mont Ventoux 75 km, Mediterranean Sea 80 km, Tour de France. At 10 km you can go quad biking, tree climbing, climbing, caving, paragliding, paintballing, bull pool, canoeing, paddle boarding, rafting, fishing, etc.
There are hundreds of kilometers of marked trails for hiking, mountain biking, enduro and quad biking.
Possibility of closed garage for motorcycles or bicycles on request.
