Staff was simply amazing and very attentive! Meals were great, served when hot and ready. Meals fresh and delicious. Staff definitely goes over and beyond, we feel as though we were part of the family. Can't wait to return.

The hotel was right on the best beach on Corn Island. Staff was helpful and kind. Rooms were cool and comfortable. Several options for breakfast, and drinks were cold. What more could you ask?

Its the nicest spot on the whole island! So pretty the money is (almost) worth it! Other than that its overpriced and the service is the worst i have ever experienced. The waitresses are rolling their eyes and laughing at you. (Some of them, not everyone) at i took us 20 minutes to get a menu. Then another hour and a half before getting our food.

The hotel itself is very overpriced and they wanted an extra $15US a hour for a later check out. The bungalow porch is shared between four rooms and the walls are paper thin. We got assigned the wrong room type and in hind-site should have kept the hotel room instead of choosing the bungalow. AC worked great but the hot water in the shower kept going cold. Beach was lovely though it rained the whole stay so the start of December is not the time to come. Food was okay. I would suggest staying elsewhere and just visiting the beach.

Could be better

They have a nice beach and bars but the service was horrible, it took forever for the waitress to come over, many times, I ended up going up to the bar to order and even then, it was slow getting my food or drinks. The bars are also quite loud and we could hear them even though we were in the room furthest away. TBH it seems like the workers simply didn’t care all that much about the customers as most of our concerns/questions were met with disinterest. On a positive note, for those who stayed at the hotel and complained about not having hot water, there is, just turn the handle to the right. They also let us check-in early which was nice.

I do not like to make long complaints but I believed or I’m almost sure, that my two watches that were on top of my backpack were stolen at the hotel, I was traveling alone and because of that reason I didn’t want to say anything also the way the staff treated since the beginning, just very arrogant for the most part, the staff should make you feel comfortable they should use room cards instead oh that bracelet, being asked every single time is annoying cause they scare you won’t pay, anyway I lost my two watches and a black pant, definitely I’m not staying at this hotel, I want to stay in a place I feel comfortable asking questions, I don’t know if I didn’t look like a certain profile they used to.

The staff that work here are so friendly and kind. It’s a very laid back environment with a beautiful beach. Food is good and the prices are ok. The beach has cabanas and lounge chairs. The water is very swimmable even for little kids. Very safe when we were there in October. We loved our stay here and we highly recommend it as a beautiful place to go to in the Caribbean with a gorgeous beach that is budget friendly.
