J'avais réservé une chambre pour deux (chambre double bien précisé sur la réservation) nous sommes arrivés. Personne n'étais là pour nous accueillir ce que je peux concevoir, nous avons vu la chambre.... Volet cassé, propreté à revoir, 2 lits 1place (que nous avons coller pour faire un grand lit), nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires du séjour. Vraiment très décevant, certes le prix est abordable mais c'est quand même un prix, on réserve une certaine chambre et au final on a pas du tout ce qu'on devait avoir normalement. Bon week-end quand même mais je ne retournerais pas dans cette endroit.

Malgré mes remarques , bon rapport qualité prix.

Ampoule défectueuse à l'arrivée mais changée en cours de séjour. Gobelet à dents pas lavé ! Assez bruyant dans l'ensemble. Petit déjeuner absent contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif. Absence totale de ménage durant le séjour de 4 nuitées. Le gerant est néanmoins très sympa.

Hôtel resto bar pas cher sympathique et convivial

Très très bon Acceuil Nicolas et un hôte et patron de resto comme on en voit rarement pour ce genre de prestations il est chaleureux très disponible à l’écoute et avec qui on partage un très bon moment je recommande vivement cet endroit bien plus sympathique plutôt qu’un hôtel première classe ou autre ici on et bien reçu on dort bien et on mange bien tout ça dans la bonne humeur et convivialité

Sejour deplacement professionnel d une nuit

Tres deçu par cet hotel qui a du potentiel car tres bien placé près de reims. Cependant: a mon arrivee, chambre non faite, draps sales. Aprés avoir éte baladé de chambre en chambre me voilà enfin dans une chambre correcte. La soirée se passe,je m endors mais réveillé en sursaut a 1h du matin car beaucoup de bruit dans l hotel. La solution, mes bouchons d oreille. Cest malheureux d en arriver la.

We made the booking on the basis that we could check in before mid-night. This was provided on your 'itinerary' with a note that we were to contact the hotel and make arrangements for a later check-in if required. Our party arrived at the venue at 11.40pm and there was no-one available to check our party in.
