Not as described, scam.
Scammers. The pool is one of the best selling points of this property. It has been out of service and is empty. The property know this but failed to communicate it to allow travellers to make a decision as to whether they still want to stay. I saw on a review site that it might be empty so I asked the company directly, they did not reply until it was too late for us to cancel for free. We did not stay there as this would not have been the relaxing break we had planned. The company took my money anyway and classed us as no shows even though the property was significantly not as described and no effort was made to communicate with me. Save yourself the hassle and book elsewhere. This company is not nice to deal with.

Excellent location
Excellent location, but you have to rent a car to visit all island locations cause they are amazing and from Dimitra studios everything is close. One hour of a ride to north and one hour south. Very clean and tidy.

Clean but basic. Lovely view. Elizabeth the manager is friendly. We wouldn't return as it was a bit noisy from other holidaymakers and an evening staff member.

Wonderful sea view and an amazing experience
We had a really good time in Dimitra Studios. Eveything is in a perfect conditon, at least in our room. Hostesses were awesome, always smiling and willing to help! Thanks a lot guys!

Cannot really be faulted
The studios are in a great location in respect of the town, but would be difficult to access for people who are not too modile. Studios 1, 2 and 3 have the sun on the balcony all morning. The cooking facilities are fairly basic, with two hot plates, but you can make it work if you are creative. The cleanliness cannot be faulted and a special mention must go to Elizabeth for this. The pool was cold but clean; I would recommend trimming the tree which blocks a lot of the sun around the pool. Benitses is a lovely, but quiet town and the studios are a good location to see corfu.

Great value for money
I had a great stay. Elizabeth was an amazing host. She helped in any way possible. Apartement were equipped with cooking utensils and was sparkling clean. Pool was lovely and the property is in a great location with beautiful views over the harbour. Overall, great value for money.

The places was perfect, good location, room with beautiful view. The service was excellent as I requested iron and it was left in my room for me to use. Public transport was also So easy to use. Taxi was also arranged to and from the airport which was so convenient for me. The only thing that was difficult for me was that to climb up the hill especially at night when you come back from dinner. Other then that everything was fine. I would recommend this to all.

The view was amazing, it was freshly updated but still old style greek and the layout was thoughtful and spacious. The mattress may have been on the firm side but i just used the blanket as a mattress topper (its worked before!) daily cleaning with clean towels, sheets changed once a week. Lovely complimentary toiletries and water (which was much needed after trek up hill!) by the end of the week the hill wasn't so daunting but beware if mobility is difficult. Didn't really have much to do with Elizabeth but what we did was very pleasant helpful and informative. Would love to go back 😎

Lovely little property, set above the coastal road to Benitses. Great views across the bay, we stayed in an apartment located by the pool. Clean with basic amenities, we had a table and chairs for balcony use alongside basic cooking and kitchen tools. Elizabeth, greeted us upon arrival and was super helpful and easily available for any queries we had. It's a 5-minute walk to Benitses, where you can find a supermarket and a parade of lovely restaurants, that are open from morning till late at night.

The location is very good, the sunrise is very visible; Cleanliness, very close to the beach, is good communication with the one who manages the place, also understanding about the time of check-in and check-out, the pool very clean.

Good value apartment excellent sea view
This apartment block is an excellent location in a location where there are good places to eat at night where locals and visitors use the restaurants together. The apartment is comfortable but as expected for Greece bathroom is basic but acceptable . The view across the sea while chilling with a wine more than makes up for it being a basic facility . The lady who runs the complex Elizabeth as lovely friendly and helpful greeting people where possible at whatever time they arrive or making sure they are provided for if flight is delayed etc. The town of Benitis has returned to a charming village and removed its bad reputation for being an 18-30 type resort ,if this is what you want look elsewhere this area has returned to charming resort . Thanks again to Elizabeth for enhancing our visit.

Situated near the marina and elevated up from the road, we had a most beautiful view of the sunrise over the sea. Elizabeth made us feel very welcome. Plenty of piping hot water for shower just a shame the shower is a bit snug. Overall we had a lovely relaxing stay and would return.

Bathroom smelled, tiny shower, hard beds and ourroom did not get cleaned the whole time we were there. This is the worst place I have ever stayed in, we had to check out early and book into another hotel.

The rooms are nice all with sea view. To get there you can take bus 6 from town center to Benitses and get off where the boats are docked in Benitses then walk up the hill 100m. There are nice beaches and restaurants in vicinity Would go back there again for sure

Appartment was In need of a make over . There was mould in wardrobe and walls were damp. By the end of stay all clothing smelt mouldy. In the kitchen units there was mould. Electric sockets in kitchen were unsafe coming away from wall. Swimming Pool was not operational and the area surrounding pool was unkept

Je suis très déçue, l'hôtel correspond pas du tout comme les photos affiché sur le site . On est arrive sur place ,piscine fermé( personne préviens), pas de réception, tu parle avec les femmes de ménage . On a eu une dame au téléphone, très désagréable. Niveau propreté j'étais dégoûte, un odeur dans la chambre pas possible .. ils ont pas fait aucune geste commercial, nous on a paye pour la piscine aussi ,apparemment on etais pas les seuls déçues, personne étais au coutant de la fermeture de la piscine. Cet hotel c'est une grosse arnaque

Simple standard- good location and friendly staff
Good location close to Benitses centre snd besches and easy to reach by bus from Corfu town. Pity the pool wasnt in use until later in july which we missed when booking). However this is a VERY simple standsrd accomodation, ok for one night butatresses were rock hard, it wasnt very clean and the space between the bedrooms got extremly hot. No lock on the bathroom door. Easy check in thou and awesome, welcoming staff!

A fine giugno piscina ancora chiusa.
Buona posizione vicino al mare e al centro di Benitses. Spiaggia attrezzata a circa 800 MT. Fino a fine giugno la piscina non era ancora funzionante e la struttura non ha informato del problema anzi sul sito di dimitra ci sono foto della piscina. E non sanno dire quando riaprirà.Bagno e cucina necessitano di ristrutturazione . Le 2 signore che puliscono il residence sono super gentilissime. Fanno di tutto per sopperire alle mancanze della gestione e tengono pulito e ordinata la struttura ormai vecchia.Una signora parla bene italiano ed è stata sempre disponibile. Disponibilità e buona assistenza anche da hotels.com

Todella ihana hotelli. Puhdas ja eroottinen huone kauniilla romanttisilla näköaloilla. Uima altaalla paljon kauniita naisia uimassa. Hotellin pihalla parkkipaikkoja ilmaiseksi. Lähellä paljon ravintoloita mistä löytää tyttöseuraa villeistä turisti tytöistä. Huoneessa kaikki ruuan laitto välineet aamua varten.

ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ ΤΟΠΟΘΕΣΊΑ ΜΕ ΠΟΛΛΆ ΑΡΝΗΤΙΚΆ ΣΤΟ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ
Τα δωμάτια βρίσκονται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και με υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Τα αρνητικά που είχε το δωμάτιο είναι ο ήλιος που χτυπούσε το πρωί. Θα μπορούσε να έχει μια τέντα ή μια ομπρέλα για να μπορείς να βγεις. Επίσης στην διαμονή των 6 ημερών δεν άλλαξαν ούτε μια φορά τα σεντόνια και τις πετσέτες. Το μόνο που έκαναν ήταν να τα διπλώνουν κάθε φορά που έμπαιναν στο δωμάτιο. Τέλος στο μπαλκόνι μου ανέβαιναν ποντίκια. Θα έπρεπε να έχουν γίνει οι απαραίτητες ενέργειες προκειμένου να μην έχουμε αυτές τις ''δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις''.

Αγαπητέ επισκέπτη, αρχικά θα θέλαμε να σας ευχαριστήσουμε για το χρόνο που αφιερώσατε με σκοπό να μας αφήσετε την βαθμολογία και την κριτική σας. Δυστυχώς η κριτική σας έχει καταχωρηθεί ως " Anonymous" και αυτό δεν μας βοηθάει καθόλου στο να μπορέσουμε να διασταυρώσουμε το περιστατικό με το προσωπικό μας. Το κατάλυμα μας τηρεί όλα τα απαραίτητα υγειονομικά πρωτόκολλα και όλους τους κανόνες υγιεινής και τα περιστατικά που αναφέρεται δεν έχουν χώρο σε αυτό! Σε κάθε περίπτωση θα θέλαμε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας επώνυμα με σκοπό να μπορέσουμε να μάθουμε παραπάνω για το περιστατικό αυτό και να φροντίσουμε για τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες.
