Villa Sunlight Sidari, modern and welcoming, is probably the best located little villa with private pool within the sought after holiday resort of Sidari. Located in a quiet position yet just a couple of steps away from dozens of bars, restaurants, shops as well as the main strip, Villa Sunlight is set to impress. Quality, space, value for money, in the very very best location. Fully air-conditioned, the villa can sleep up to 4+2 guests in 2 bedrooms. And with such a wide array of facilities at your doorstep, a car is not required!



Inside, the villa is modern and finished with care and style. Totally rebuilt in 2025, it offers fully air-conditioned interiors (individually controlled, both in bedrooms and in the lounge) and contemporary decor. There are 2 spacious double bedrooms (with TV), a well equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area as well ad seating area with a comfortable double sofa bed and large flat screen smart tv, family bathroom with shower. Extensive furnished terraces surround the villa for extra excitement all summer long.This is the unbeatable value of Villa Sunlight: being a private villa in a quiet and relaxing spot, yet in the very heart of Sidari and steps away from anything you can imagine. An opportunity not to be missed!



Outside, Villa Sunlight features a brand new, sparkling private pool (7.3m x 3.7m, depth 1.4m, ladder) perfect for enjoying endless hours of relaxation under the Greek sun. Comfortable sunbeds, chill-out areas and hammocks are provided to create memories that will last for a long time. For the lovers of al-fresco dining, an outdoor dining area together with barbecue are also available. Although a car is not really necessary, private parking is available within the premises.



FOR LARGER PARTIES: Villa Sunlight Sidari can be rented together with our Villa Sunray Sidari located next door and sleeping further 4 to 6 guests.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, pool towels, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.



GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 15 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

Beautiful house on a large private property! Great for a group trip with lots of space

Beautiful house on a large private property! Great for a group trip with lots of space. So many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Canal D’Amore was a quick walk away and one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. Parking was super easy, private parking was available in the front hard of the house and was gated. Host was very kind and helpful, we went visited his family’s restaurant nearby and they treated us like family! Overall a great pick!
