Villa Kalliopi by Villa Plus

  • With splendid sea views from the large private swimming pool, Villa Kalliopi provides the perfect setting for an enjoyable villa holiday. The living area is on the first floor and the private swimming pool is raised, accentuating the stunning scenery. Kerasia Beach is 10 minutes' drive away while the facilities of Agios Stefanos are a little closer, easily reachable within a short drive. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms are included.

    Villa Kalliopi is situated on the hillside just above the popular bay of Agios Stefanos and has stunning views over the treetops towards the sea and Albanian mainland. This villa is ideal for enjoying lazy days in the sun as well as being a great base from which to explore the island. Kerasia Beach and the facilities of the resort are all easily reachable within a 10 minute drive.

    Main pool: 11.6 x 6 mtr, 0.8 - 2.2 mtr depth.

    Pool heating is not available during July and August.

    Lead traveller must be 21 years old or older.

    Greek Climate Resilience Tax - €15.00 per villa per night. Payable during check-in.
