The style is modern, and the views of the sea and countryside are stunning. Outside on the grounds there is an area with panoramic views, a pool, sun loungers and a table for dining outdoors.
    About 1,5 km away you’ll find Prasoudi beach, the coast of Paramonas, and the spectacular dunes of Chalikounas.

We absolutely loved our stay! The villa is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and the breathtaking view, wonderful beaches and restaurants nearby make the location perfect. What impressed us most was the incredible attention to detail — it genuinely felt like staying at a luxury hotel, but with the privacy and freedom of having your own villa. A truly special place that we would happily return to and highly recommend!

Beautiful house in an incredibly quiet and peaceful spot. The view is as breathtaking as it looks. The management team was extremely helpful, accommodating, always trying to please us and to make everything easy. Whenever we needed anything, they would find a solution in less than a day. And always with a smile ! Thank you Eleni for making our stay so special !

We had the most magical week in this beautiful Villa. Everything was spotless. Peace and quiet and total relaxation. It was stunning, the pool is magnificent and the view is breathtaking, plenty of seating and sunloungers. Table tennis too. Eleni the host was fabulous helping sort Taxis to the airport and car hire (which is a must). There were thoughtful treats left for us too which was so kind. Highly recommend this Villa beautifully clean and cared for.
