This charming two bedroom apartment offers spectacular balconies with sea-views over Kalami Bay, short proximity to all local facilities and it is not farther than 50 meters from the pebbly beach.
Mattheos House is set on the first level of Zoulis Apartments, accessed by an exterior staircase.
It consists of an open plan area with dining table, sofa bed, kitchen with cooker and fridge, a family bathroom / wc and two air-conditioned bedrooms.
One of the bedrooms is a double and the second one a twin, they both have got sea view balconies with the necessary sitting facilities, for anyone who wishes to enjoy a morning coffee admiring the spectacular sunrise.
