Luxury villa with private swimming pool and sea and sunset views
A unique, newly built (2017), high-tech luxury villa with fantastic sea views, located 1 km from the sandy beach of Arillas, in a quiet area. It consists of an open kitchen, which is fully equipped with a built-in oven and dishwasher, a large living / dining room with large, fold-out windows with a view of the sea, a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, a bedroom with sea view and a mezzanine, that could be used as an additional bedroom or office. The villa can accommodate up to 5 people and a baby.
The outdoor area consists of a 26 m² private swimming pool, an outdoor seating area under a pergola, a private parking space in front of the house and a garden behind the house. There is internet, home theater and satellite television.

Wunderschöner Blick in abenteuerlicher Lage
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen u uns richtig zuhause gefühlt! Die Anfahrt die Steigung hoch war jedes abenteuerlich u hat irgendwann einfach nur noch Spaß gemacht. Wir hatten einen wundervollen Blick aufs Meer u abends auf den Sonnenuntergang.
Wir wurden extrem nett durch Daizy u den Vermieter selbst, der auch gerade vor Ort war, betreut.
Rundum empfehlenswert!!!!
