Hotel was closed

Well turned up at this hotel having booked it last minute due to a cancelled flight, only to find that the hotel was closed! Yet Hotels.com allowed the booking to go through. Had to contact them to reimburse the cost which they have thankfully. Not the hotel’s fault, as they should not have been on the website.

Lovely big room, great swimming pool and quiet surroundings. We loved our week at 'Lucra Mare' but we had a car, which is needed due to the location.

Struttura nuovissima e in una buona posizione (vicino alla fermata del bus e al centro di Gouvia), con una bella piscina con bar. La camera era ampia, ariosa e pulita, con arredi moderni. Il Wi-Fi gratuito funzionava molto bene. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e davvero disponibile.
