Absolutely loved our stay at Christakis. Close enough to main strip and canal d'amour, but not right in the center so nice and quiet. Lovely pool, always plenty of spare sunbeds. We had rooms overlooking the pool, but the ones behind facing the hills looked really great too. Will definitely be back! Thankyou to Christakis for making our holiday so wonderful!

Excellent new condition hotel in quiet area on the edge of resort bars and restaurants - so close to everything but nice and quiet at night. Good clean pool area with a nice pool bar. Sidaire has nice beaches 👍 and good variety of bars and restaurants

This is a well maintained hotel within easy walk of bars and tavernas but still peaceful at night. The owners and staff go out of their way to make sure you have a good holiday. You will meet Niko who is a legend

Fantastic place
When we return to Sidari we will only stay at the Christakis hotel. Nikos who owns the bar & manages the hotel cannot do enough for you, he is a lovely man. Maria in the kitchen cooks lovely meals at very reasonable prices, the menu is extensive, there is Greek & English dishes to choose from, the Sunday roast with apple pie or crumble with custard is the best. Nikos daughter Katerina who serves the food is a lovely helpful lady. Every Tuesday they have Greek night with a Greek barbecue & entertainment, there is Greek sausage, pork skewers, chicken breast, salad, chips, well worth the 15 euros. You can get full English breakfast with toast, jam, lurpak butter & orange juice for 3.50 euros. The apartments are spacious & immaculately clean. It is at the end of the strip so only 5 minutes walk to the main bars & restaurants.Always plenty of sunbeds. People book here year to year.

Great location not too far from every thing.
Lovely helpful friendly staff, communal areas very clean ... we ate in the bar their food lovely & good value ..pool area a reasonable size it faces the road & route to strip which I didn't care for whilst I was by the pool but majority of pools faced the road that would be my only criticism of the hotel... Separate kitchen area in room if you want to cook (we didnt) quite basic though..

Hotel ok next to busy road
Road noise starts around 5 am take ear plugs if you stay here, staff and bar area good very friendly pool ok.

Nice room and facilities but not cleaned well!
Nice apartment, good bathroom for Greece just let down by very irregular “cleaning” and towel changes etc - had to sweep myself and ask for towels to be changed after 4 days, and the toilet was cleaned twice in 2 weeks, one of them the day before we left!

Hello Thank you very much for your comments. They help us very much. I am the owner of the hotel and I am surprised by what you write for towels and toilet cleanliness. On reservations of the Expedia the command is every day cleaned rooms and changing towels, if needed every day. We apologize. Because I manage the hotel from afar, please very much want to know if what you write you have said to one of the hotel staff (Mr Nick or the staff at the reception). Please, I expect your answer for that. Thank you again

Have stayed at this hotel twice nico is brilliant and nothing is to much trouble for him. The hotel is far away enough from all the bars just a short walk to reach them. Lovely restaurants just across the road from The Christakis the hotel is in a very good location

Good hotel, great staff, good location.
Picked this hotel at last minute and glad we did. Wanted somewhere relatively quiet, tick. Wanted hotel with pool and pool bar, tick. Wanted somewhere clean, tick. Wanted somewhere with good staff, tick. The reviews also helped. However if it wasn't for Nikos, his daughter and his other staff I'm not sure it would get the good reviews it does. His is there from 7.30 'til early hours of the morning. The food served in his pool bar is excellent and good value, €5 large breakfast includes fruit juice and tea or coffee, great value. Great choice of drinks also.

Great hotel on a budget.
We had an amazing time, everybody was so nice and helpful, spotlessly clean, great service and food, nothing is too much trouble, love Greece would love to return.

Strict Rules So fun
Lots of Rules. No Guests allowed and owner comes late at night to check Self Catering, but can not take food to eat out of room must pay 35 euro for air conditioning. Fined 150 euro of air conditioning is used without paying first no throwing toilet paper into toilet

Friendly and fun hospitality
The trip started very well, with the hosts, Nikos and Sofia, staying up till the early hours to welcome me to the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel; it's clean and the location was perfect for the strip and beach. Another point I need to make is about the bike rental shop across the road. I was apprehensive at first about taking a quad bike out but Nick (yes everyone is called Nikos!) is a truly honest and genuine man. I'd recommend taking a bicycle, quad or moped out to explore other areas of the island; just make sure you dont run out of petrol!.

De locatie is prima en ook het personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamer was ruim, maar viel qua hygiene toch wel tegen.

Nagyon jó kis szálloda. Minden nap takarítottak. A tulajdonos nagyon kedves ember. Probléma esetén azonnal intézkedett. Segítőkész, barátságos. Csak ajánlani tudom magunk részéről. Ami esetleg kis hiányosság, hogy lehetne több főzőedény, meg főzőhely, mert ha valaki ott szeretne főzni, akkor az egy lábas és egy tűzhely kevés egy ebéd összeállításához.

Un hotel molto bello, confortevole, ottima piscina tenuta molto bene grazie a proprietario Theo. E posizionato in via principale di Sidari ma con una fantastica tranquillità e si dorme molto bene. Un consiglio ai personali: sforzarsi ad essere più aperti anche con i turisti che non sono inglesi, ridere e scherzare anche con italiani o non perché ci siamo sentiti un po' esclusi ma poco conta perché il proprietario è sempre indaffarato e non si ferma mai. Peccato che non può ad essere ovunque, non lo so che faccia abbia sua moglie.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo trascorso in questo hotel 9 giorni fantastici, il personale è super disponibile, posizione strategica a due passi dal centro e dalle spiagge più belle. E' possibile mangiare all bar/ristorante del hotel (anche prodotti tipici) accompagnati da gradevoli serate di intrattenimento
