A lovely hotel in a central area. Very convenient for getting around. The staff were all polite and very helpful. Breakfast was great and we loved the roof terrace. A beautiful spot to sit and have a drink in the evening with a really welcoming barman. Our room had three balconies so it was light and lots to watch in the square. It was clean and well equiped. The only issue we had was the very noisy building work right next door to our room. Not a problem that the hotel could control but it would have been nice to have been warned about it. Early starts and quite late finishing. Luckily we were out most of the day. Sunday was perfect though!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff are very nice and since I am an Expedia member, we got free drinks. It is walkable to all the sites. However, since it is in the main square, it could be extremely noisy even at 3am

this is a beautiful hotel, but their room service/food service was really less than convenient. We were given two tickets for drinks but could never use it as it was in a area that we did not use. We wanted to use it at the roof top bar, but were not allowed to. The breakfast is also just OK compared to other hotels we were in. Staff was wonderful.

Well located modern hotel, questionable service
This hotel is comfortable and centrally located, and the city view rooms have an good view over Plaza de las Tendillas. The rooms are fairly small, so it's worth getting a suite if any are available. Service in the hotel was mixed, often falling (well) below expected standards. We stayed over Epiphany, breakfast on day 1 was a total nightmare. We arrived at 10.15 (breakfast finishes at a strangely early 10.30, even on weekends and holidays), and more than half of the tables were empty, but none had been cleared, so we had to clear our own table, and hunt for cutlery and other tableware. By the time we'd done that, it was 10.30, & the kitchen staff started clearing the buffet with an energy that would have been wonderful had it also been used for clearing &laying tables. We had to find our own orange juice (the other juices are very cheap, watered down concentrates), and take croissants from one of the dirty tables, as neither was offered. My partner is pregnant, and was pointed at instant sachets of decaf coffee, and had to insist on being given a decaf from the bar. The second day, my partner had given up on breakfast, so I went on my own, and things were a bit better. For the last 2 days, the breakfast manager was back, and things ran much more smoothly. At checkout, we were told that the poor service was probably because the manager wasn't present, as if that wasn't the hotel's responsibility!

High quality hotel in charming heritage building. It would normally be outside my price range, but was very reasonable in January. Lovely room and excellent breakfast. Well located on a lively attractive square. There is major construction going on next door, and the pool is closed off ( not an issue in winter) but the room was well soundproofed so it was a minor issue.

Pros: Excellent location, wonderful room view, great water pressure and very comfortable beds. Con: Service in bar area was horrible. Aside from not getting waited on, a coupon for drinks was just apparently for free water, or coffee, sangria or wine. Could not get a mixed drink. Sangria was horrible.

Fabulous stay
We felt welcome from the moment we arrived at the hotel, Juan who checked us in was very extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was fabulous, the breakfast buffet very good with lots of choice. Service in both bars was a little slow Great Location, would definitely recommend and would stay again

We were greeted with a receptionist who treated us like the most important people he'd met, even though we saw him working diligently before and after we checked in. The location of the hotel off the main square plus a visitors center within steps of the front door made it super easy to buy tickets to attractions and then walk to most of them.

Beautiful property in prime location. Easy walking to all major sites as well as many restaurant options. Rooms were large and comfortable, and staff was friendly and attentive. Would stay again.

This hotel is on Plaza Tendillas, a pedestrian area, which means you have to park at least several blocks away and drag your luggage over the cobblestones to get here (and you will see many tourists doing exactly that all over town). But it's worth it! We especially loved the rooftop bar overlooking the plaza. This hotel is a 15 minute walk from the river and basically from anything else you want to see while in Cordoba. We loved it.

Very pretty and well kept hotel. Very clean. Conveniently located in a bustling plaza right on the edge of the old city and next to the shopping area, but rooms are still quiet. Staff was helpful. The walk from the train station isn’t long, but not very kind to roller luggage, just a heads up (lots of bricks and very bumpy). Nonetheless, if I return to Córdoba in the future, would want to stay here.

First time staying at H10 hotel. Everything about this Cordoba H10 exceeded our expectations - ‘Friendly’ staff, ‘Awesome’ King size bed, ‘Super Quiet’ AC, ‘High Quality’ shower, ‘Top of the line’ Toiletries etc. Definitely look into the H10 brands in the future travel.

The hotel is located in one of the iconic plazas of Cordoba, with easy access to historic areas, shopping and lots of great restaurants. (Try Elvira St for Moroccan food). Breakfast can be as healthy or indulgent as you choose, with diverse choices. The rooms and beds are large and comfortable. It has the look and feel of an elite hotel, at a price that was less than a chain hotel in the U.S.

Wow wow beautiful location, I was greeted with a delicious glass of cava, the staff was polite, professional and helpful. The room was gorgeous facing the square. And breakfast was delightful. I could’ve stayed for an entire week.

Location is walkable to attractions and parking was nearby and convenient. Windows were poorly soundproofed and we were woken up at 4am by street cleaning for a good 30 mins. We had a plaza facing junior suite.

Upon arrival was told I couldn’t stay in the room I had booked and paid for since I booked through Expedia but they would give me a gift to make up for it. They gave me wine which I don’t drink and some petite pastries which I didn’t want or eat. For VIP access they gave me a coupon for a free drink at the bar but the free drink had to be a soda which I don’t drink. The recommended parking garage is near impossible to find!

The hotel is located in the center of the city, which is awesome! However, the parking situation becomes a nightmare if you drive directly to the hotel. They have no valet and you have to leave the hotel and take a 15 to 20 minute drive around the city to work your way back to their parking lot. Aaauuuuggghhhh
