Mattresses were worn out,pillows were so flat that they didn’t matter. It may have been handicapped accessible,but it wasn’t handicapped usable, shower toilet and sink were not wheelchair accessible. Would not recommend

Sorry for your inconvenience and you said mattresses are worn out but just want to let you know that it’s new mattresses and if you want I send you pictures with manufacture date on it and just get in February and change it in march so please don’t make fake advertising for our facility coz you don’t get paid from us or our competitors thanks have a great day

Sort of under renovation. It really should be raised and start over. Surprized it is not condemned. Breakfast was a joke. I would never recommend it when the next exit you have many more options. Poor choice on my part.

Being renovated. Rooms were nasty. The contractors worked on the room next to me until 2:30 A M. I got no sleep. Overall the place was unkept. Breakfast was a joke. You should never send anyone there. 😔😔😔😔😔😔

Horrible stay
Was very disappointed. They are renovating which is great, but what about the rooms that are being used? The microwave was not plugged up and refrigerator was broken. Asked many times about the refrigerator!!!! Manager did ask the housekeeper multiple times. I gave up! Had to leave food in car to stay cold. Heater did not keep up with cold weather and they didn't have thicker blankets on the beds. On top of all that they overcharged my card!!! And it has taken days to get it straightened up and still no refund.

They gave us a room and we found one of the mattress with a hole in the middle. The other bed looked like somebody just used. The room was smelly, dirty, stains everywhere. After complaining, we got a different room with better mattresses but still dirty, stains in the covers, towels, walls, etc. The shower was dripping water and so dirty that nobody could use it. We slept 6 hours and left. Horrible place, horrible staff. I’m not sure how a place like this can pass an inspection. Stay away.

The room was so filthy, wreaked of cigarette smoke, there were cigarette burns through the bedspread, graffiti markings on the desk. The bathroom was filthy. I was unable to stay at this property and checked out immediately.

The toilet was broken and we had to go elsewhere to use restroom..The room was dirty when we checked in the bedspreads had stains all over them. The tv worked sometime. Shower head was broken and to top it all of it had bugs and yes they were in the bed and the carpet.

Great place, great price. The mattress was really uncomfortable, that's my only complaint. Oh, and cable didn't work but i used my phone to watch a movie. Very friendly staff.

The room was dirty, candy wrapper on the floor, large stain on bathroom door and wall, roaches. Virtually nothing at breakfast. Drunk guy staggering around welcome desk at check in.

First room they gave me had a foul odor; cigarette burns on bedding and furniture. Second room smelled better, but again, cigarette burns in bedspread and on sheets. Electrical outlets on either side of bed did not work. Breakfast service is a joke - only waffles, cereal, and oatmeal. nothing in refrigerator except milk (no yogurt, etc). Absolutely zero condiments - salt, pepper, butter, jams, etc. Bathroom toilet in lobby did not flush. Very displeased with stay.

Do not even think about it.
This is the dirtiest place. I could not stay over10 minutes. Bed bugs and the smell was unbearable. I made sure I would not be charged. I would have taken pictures if I had thought about it, but I just wanted to get out.

Only complaint is the cleanliness of rooms. Looking under the beds reveals toenails, and other things. Obviously the beds aren’t vacuumed under. The cable tv in room didn’t work.

First room we were given, TV sound didnt work and there were more flies in the room than able to count. Second room had waterbugs and even the Maintenence person wouldn't put us in that room. Third room was musty and moldy in the bathroom. Worst experience ever.

Take house keepers keys when not working
We checked drove around to room and house keepers kids was in are room playing so had to go back up front to get another room that had no shower curtain and none was brought to use no toilet paper had to go get are own and the house keeper left envelopes on TV stand for tips she lived in room 125
